My meatball sub was delicious and my wife loved her sandwich. Got the seafood salad and that was good but there was some outdated ones on the shelf so I'd advise checking them before you grab one

Update after a couple more orders from this location ... Today they have shorted me another 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, mixed up two sandwiches with components making them both wrong, and uneatable by the people who ordered them. I called this time as I was hoping for a quick and easy resolution, and was told there was no manager available, and that we could just come back to get the missing item. I will be trying a different location moving forward. check your bags before you leave as there is no quality control at all at this location I have ordered from this location dozens of times, the last one however, I was shorted a 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, and two of the 3 sandwiches that were ordered were wrong, or poorly assembled/not up to usual standards. Typically, I wouldn't write a bad review for 1 bad experience out of 20, especially with the way things are going in the world right now. That being said, I attempted to reach out via email and their website, and I have not been contacted about my order 3 days ago. Also I can't say the errors were due to it being busy and there were plenty of people standing around in the location behind the counter, and only myself in the store picking up my order. So I took 1 star off for lack of customer service, and 1 star for getting 80% or the order wrong. My Order # was 207125 As a response to the response from the owner, I did fill out that form on Friday, and I have not heard anything as of yet. I emailed the primary location, and it said their mailbox was full. As I stated above, I attempted to reach out and still have not heard anything

Quality and Quantity have gone way downhill. Wonder if this is by design by the owner? Really skimpy with the meats and cutlet sandwiches are usually burnt and dry. Normally I don't like posting negative comments but the last 5 orders we're either incorrect or just poor quality. Sad to what was a great place. Has anyone else noticed the cookie cutter responses from the owner? Should tell you all you need to know about the attitude towards his customers. I guess he figures he's got enough clients not to care to address each concern individually. What a shame. Customer service is pretty arrogant as well. Time to find a better location

I have been ordering Primos Turkey Diablo hoagies for years.. Seems like Primos has changed the way they make their sandwiches.. They used to be a hardy, well made hoagie. Sadly, there’s more bread, lettuce and tomato than actual meat and cheese. Definitely not worth the price and will never purchase anything from Primos again..

I have been going to the Bensalem Showcase Plaza location for 3 years or more. This location is close to home and is a fast option for a quick family meal, not to mention the food is yummy. Lately, I have had nothing but issues. I order on-line and pick it up. I give almost a $7.00 tip every time just for the staff to basically do their job. Over the last year, I never get the sides ordered, which completes the meal. I am done with this location and will be taking my business to another location, who hopefully can get it right!

This location is very stingy with their sandwiches. Ordered a veggie nonna like I always do and my sandwich maybe has 1 piece of eggplant !! They filled my sandwich up with peppers since they must have not had any fresh eggplant since I have literally one sliver in my sandwich. Glad I paid over $10 for bread and peppers .

Ordered a small turkey Schwartzie and the end of your day, picked up a little after 6:30 p.m. If you didn't have any fresh rolls available, I would have rather been told then be given a stale roll. Could only eat the contents, which was good.

Yesterday, I ordered a tuna hogie from their,for the first time. I only went there because of my son. The Tuna fish was completely dry and it was the cheapest you probably could buy.a dry tuna hogie stunk.i would never go back their. With a capital h-horrible sandwich primo's no stars and you double stink.

Ordered some catering trays for a small after funeral get together. Brittany and her crew were excellent. Made sure I had everything I needed. Napkins, plates, etc. Hoagies, and rolls were fresh and delicious. Potato salad is amazing. Nice Job Primos!

If there was negative stars I would have rated it below. Worst customer service experience ever. They messed up a large order and still charged me for it and would not give the refund deserved. The worker (Brittney) that messed it up didn't take responsibility. I paid for their mistake (that she tried to cover up). I will never order from this company again and we gave them tons of business through the years, not anymore. The management/owner needs to reevaluate the customer service skills for the managers (Victor) and staff (Brittney). 20% refund was not a fair resolution for the mistake that was made.
