The owners are friendly and kind through the years that I've been dealing with the restaurant the food has declined over the years the orders are not made correctly when taken for example when I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe platter it was raw inside the people that cook should pay more attention and over the 13-year history the food is not as good as it once was I am disappointed and the way things are being handled this will be my last order from this restaurant no matter how good the food is the burger that I have ordered had no flavor and had some missing ingredients and the cheese was not melted I feel that the burger was undercooked this will be the last time I ordered from the restaurant

1st time customer. Bought Fish & Chips platter. I'll just say I was expecting something other than Mrs. Paul's breaded fish filets. Edible, just expected it to be better I guess.

This used to be our favorite place until today. I ordered and asked for delivery at 7:30 PM because our granddaughter doesn't get home from work until 7:20 PM. It was left on our step at 6:45 PM! Forty-five minutes early is not appropriate. He didn't even ring the bell and hand it to us like he always does. I called Old Roman and the boss basically said, "Too bad." You already got the food. How would he like cold, soggy food after coming home from working all day? Not good business practices!!!

I’m sorry to say that this Old Romans is not what it used to be. Just had lunch there and there was no one else in the place. Had to sit at the back table next to the bathrooms because the staff was eating at the other 3 tables. Then waited 25 minutes for a pizza steak, quesadilla and fries. The pizza steak was ok but the quesadilla was dripping in oil or butter or something extremely greasy. Service was extremely lacking. I have been eating there for 42 years and this was the first time I’ve been there in a while. I will NOT be going back. Very disappointed.

Was a customer with Old Roman for well over 15 years. Called an order in for delivery. After giving the order to the young lady, over the phone, she asked me to hold on for a moment. She then came back on the phone and asked me for my order. When I told her I just gave you my order, she said, "oh, hold on." She then hung up on me. Now I was irate, so I called back and some man answered. When I told him you hung up on me, he proceeded to tell me how busy he was and offered no apology. Then started screaming at me, repeatedly asking me, "do you want the order or not?" And then said, "go somewhere else for your food," and then hung up on me. A few minutes later, the young lady calls me and repeatedly asks, "do you want the order or not?" When I said no, she said ok. This place seems to be under the impression that they're doing me a favor by allowing me to order food from them. Where a simple apology for what transpired could have saved a loyal customer, they chose to be arrogant and independent. Fortunate for me, there are nearly a dozen pizza establishments in the Bensalem area. Maybe someday Old Roman will wake up and realize what the definition of a customer is, but for now, good bye and good riddance Old Roman. I see by your canned responses to other dissatisfied customers that next time will be better. Well, there is no next time for you.

The pizza is awesome. Reminds me of New Village pizza, and Taranovas back in the 90s. I had their pizza yesterday and it brought back memories of those pizza places. Keep it up

No complaints here. Pizza is great and love the wings. Only wish the wings were breaded. Other than that...A!

This place is so UNDERRATED!!! The best wings with mild Buffalo sauce, the Stromboli here is SOOO good!!!! The Penn Pizza is well made. Under new ownership but not so new, they been running this place since 5 years now and I can tell they’re doing an excellent job with this place. Everything is nice and clean, great people. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK SO MUCH SOONER THAN WE THINK cause everything is Sooo Good!!!!

Just not good! Thought we would give it a try and we will not do that again. We ordered mozzarella sticks as our appetizer and they were not even as good as the frozen that you can buy in the food store. Our entree was cheese ravioli but there was no cheese at all, just thick noodles and unfortunately, it was discarded. Please see the attached photograph’s. The only decent item we did receive were the meatballs that we added to our meal, they were good, so we ended up having a small meatball dinner!

This place USED to be the best. Change in ownership/staff a couple years ago and it has gone downhill. I kept thinking they would rebound, but my recent order was my last. Chicken steak was pitiful - nothing but roll. Fries were soggy and grease through multiple bags. Mozz sticks were cold and sauce was basically red water. Go next door to Old Friends instead.
