They don’t answer their phone. I called the store and they connected me to the pharmacy. All I wanted to find out is if they have the new booster shot. When I got there the pharmacist said it was by appointment only. I did have an appointment. There was no line. She was kinda rude. Wonder if I didn’t have an appointment would she have given me the booster. No one was waiting to get the booster shot.

Horrible customer service! I called the pharmacy to ask if my prescription was ready. They had me on hold for 47 minutes, I decided to drive to the store, and ask in person. After waiting in line, they said it’s under review. It only takes a few seconds to answer the phone and cater to your clients needs. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

It’s a CVS, not much to add ... except that if you have to phone the store, you should budget at least ten mins on hold before you speak to a human. 👎🏽

The staff is very nice, they will always ask if you need help. Customer service is A number one and it’s pretty much right across the street for me which is very convenient

The Customer service at this pharmacy its amazing, I call to get information and James was very helpful with all the questions I had, and when I went to the actual pharmacy, the Young Lady that was there was very helpful and knowledgeable and she has been by far the person that has ever taking care of me at CVS they have a customer for life and hopefully more stores had staff like her, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but you will not regret going to this store. A+++

This is the best CVS I have ever seen! The store is incredibly clean and the staff helpful & knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about their pharmacy and staff. I have never waited more than 2-4 minutes in line before they open another register. James, one of the daily employees, is dependable, courteous and hardworking. I’ve transferred all of my prescriptions to this location!!

the worst place ever!!!!! where should I start . I will start with the girl manager over there. rude, turned my back to me when I was talking to her , when I confronted her she was even more rude . I was with my kids and was humiliated by her. she should be a shame of her self. when I asked her name she refused to give it to me , she did speak Spanish with one of the other male employs. next time I will record her and take actions against this branch. you should check who are you hiring
