I contact the Pizza Hut to ask can they add blue cheese to my order for my wings that I ordered thru Doordash. Will the Store Manager gave me a hard way to go for a .80 packet of Blue Cheese. I told him they don't give you the option on Doordash. I asked for his manager number and he refused . It makes me wonder the reason he gave me the hardway go is because I am African American.

Would not visit Street rd Bensalem location again. Crust overcooked. Little cheese. Too much sauce and unevenly dispersed. Slices cut way uneven.

Ordered thin and crispy and stuffed crust. The food was hot, tasted great, and the staff friendly. No issues or complaints.

Pizza arrived 15 minutes earlier than predicted. I got what I ordered the way I ordered it and I could communicate with the driver easily and he was able to follow directions. Much better experience than the last one I had with another national chain.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am very upset. I called to order 64 wings, a large pizza, 8 sauces, and 15 breadsticks. There was something wrong with everything in this order. The wings were BONE DRY, the pizza was also bone dry, the marinara sauce was basically ketchup mixed with 80% water, and the sauces never came in the order. We ordered three different flavored wings, and when we called to ask why there was no sauce or flavor on them, we were told they only add one scoop of sauce per 8 wings. This is absolutely absurd!! We spent $120, and we had dry food with no sauce. When we called to ask for someone to drive out the sauce or for a refund we were told they will not drive the sauce out because that would be under the $15 minimum……even though we just spent $120 on our original order. There was no solution and no real accommodation, for a place as big as Pizza Hut, I’d expect a lot more. I will never be ordering from this establishment again.

Pizza came destroyed after we waited over an hr. Then no refund just a credit or new pizza but gonna take another hr! Manager didn’t seem to care at all.
