Was supposed to be sent a important document a week ago when I finally got in contact with the lady at the office she laughed when I asked her if she stored my tax documents right?? highly unprofessional. My 2nd time using them this year they were very unorganized I had to send the same documents at least three times To Mary and then they messed up on my taxes at least two times that I caught and had to bring to there attention. Highly recommend someone else UPDATE! i apparently paid them to do nothing! still the same problems with my taxes that they said was done! still don’t recommend

I have been with Mary for years. She is great at what she does, and makes me feel like she really hears me. She also always prepares me for the next year. I would never go anywhere else for my taxes. Her fees are fair, and include everything. Even if you get letters from IRS, state, yada yada later in the year. She works with you to fix any problem.
