DON’T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS AS THEY ALL PAID FOR….. I really don’t think the workers there know how to read or even hear. Ordered the Big Mac without cheese pickles and lettuce and they poured all that on top mind you the order stated no cheese cheese allergy. They don’t care either that their food is cold and will only give you less than half your order. Horrible service now what would happen if the person ate the cheese and had an allergic reaction?

Every table was dirty; no staff cleaned the tables. The staff talking about rolling papers. The staff who are teenagers were disrespectful towards their co-workers. . The owner should take care of this location and have a better supervision.

Everytime I'm in the area I stop for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. It's always hot and the cheese is actually melted like it should be and the hash brown is always hot and crispy. Consistency is a huge problem with McDonald's anymore but this place gets it. Whoever is in charge should be promoted to regional training for consistency of quality.

McDonald's your the best with breakfast lunch, you name it. One problem there entrance to there parking isvery rough. McDonald's should flat down the entrance so cars won't get damaged underneath. Front entrance n exit. Thank you McDonald's you're the best McDonald's restaurant in the Philadelphia area. I'll give 4 1/2 stars 🌟 you deserve it GOD BLESS 👍

The drive thru at night is horrendous. The woman working told me to wait and then proceeded to let new cars that pulled up go in front while she kept me waiting and then forgot about me. After 3 cars got their orders taken and i was still waiting, i left. The night crew here are unprofessional and will keep you waiting a long time. Food is average at best during the day which is run slightly better

I ordered breakfast from doordash and was for the Bustleton Ave location and order was jacked up. My pancakes were on its side and all smashed up I didn't get the 3 hash browns I ordered but instead got a coffee I never ordered and never got the butter or syrup and untensil for pancakes. This location is showing more times than not that the workers are incompetent because it's not 1st time order was totally wrong

This McDonalds was recently renovated/ rebuilt. It looks great and is more modern. However, that’s the only thing that has changed here. The service is ok but needs to move faster. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering inside or in the drive through, you will wait. It depends on the time of day you go there. The morning crew is professional. The night crew is young and playful, they could use additional training. The food is your basic McDonald’s food. It’s cleaner than it use to be.
