Wings were nasty and dry! Employees were busy with their own agendas and was annoyed when customers walked in. Dining room was open but soda machine in lobby was off and was told no refills on drinks! Avoid this place and save yourself some time, money and aggravation and go somewhere else. It amazes me how an establishment that makes chicken, can be out of chicken...and the people taking your order can be so nonchalant about it like you should have ordered a cheeseburger or rib sandwich. No i came for chicken, why are yall even open?

Love KFC but this one had nothing that I wanted and I ordered chicken tenders and got two breast hard fries cold also and no straws for our drinks. Lousy service and they do not paraphrase your orders so you know its right

Awful Awful Awful!!! Bad service and the chicken must gave been reheated 2 or 3 times already. The outside was greasy and hard and the inside was like chewing gum. Disgusting. And on top of that a simple order was wrong.

I want 30 minutes to order only ordered a8 piece and six wings and they still messed up my order then after that I wanted 20 minutes for four biscuits

They don't know the correct name of chicken parts. I ordered 2 thighs and received 1 breast. Which was not heated properly.

Ordered on the website, paid, received confirmation, instructed to go ahead and pick up the order. When we went to pick up, we were told we had to cancel the order because they “did not have chicken”. Well, I can’t cancel the order that has been paid for already, and the 1800 number for KFC put me on hold for 15 minutes before going to voicemail. Not sure how a chicken place runs out of chicken at 7pm, and hopefully getting a refund won’t turn into a multiple day saga, but I’m not holding my breath.
