Every table was dirty; no staff cleaned the tables. The staff talking about rolling papers. The staff who are teenagers were disrespectful towards their co-workers. . The owner should take care of this location and have a better supervision. ~JAYNE

Drive thru order box speaker was destroyed with broken glass. The menu board was missing entire sections. The drive thru rep said they could only make my meal order in large. Both the drive thru worker and the person that handled the order were just sitting on their phones and making me wait longer. I never got a receipt. The food was good but ther service and atmosphere was not good. This place needs a management overhaul and renovation ~TechUR

Most of the time I've been here they always give me the wrong food that's why I'm not going back or I have food missing now no sauce in the quesadillas plus they owed me tacos and I had to go back. I don't trust the food and the employees plus i always have to wait for my food. 👎 ~Nena

Wings were nasty and dry! Employees were busy with their own agendas and was annoyed when customers walked in. Dining room was open but soda machine in lobby was off and was told no refills on drinks! Avoid this place and save yourself some time, money and aggravation and go somewhere else. My order was completely wrong so please fire or discipline the incompetent employee or people that prepared my order ! I clearly ordered The 5 pc Tender's Box . My order was missing 5 chicken tenders ,honey bbq dipping sauce ,and secret recipe fries . All I got was 2 fried chicken breasts ,a fried chicken wing , a crushed up biscuit , and mashed potatoes/gravy with barely anything in it .This place is a world-class dump that seriously needs to be shutdown on a permanent basis. I will never order from here ever again ! Thank God that UberEats fully refunded my order , A 2 year old could do far a better job at preparing meals than these employees at the cesspool of a KFC . The amount of sheer ineptitude at the place is absolutely , disgraceful,pitiful and unacceptable. I am not the only person complaining about the horrendous services here, because just look at all the negative reviews . I certainly wish I did before ordering from here ! I was looking for someplace to grab a quick bite and get directions. I walked in and the place was pretty clean so I decided what I wanted to order and walked up to the counter. I don't eat beef, so I ordered a Whopper- no meat. For once, I wasn't asked if I wanted the Impossible burger! What I was asked by the Manager (Devlin?), was have I ever tried it and if I wanted to, but I declined. My food was hot and fresh (fries, of course), and I enjoyed my meal. I would definitely return for another meal. ~Mary

I use this Wawa all the time. And this morning I went in to get my son a icee before his doctor's appointment. $2.39, the employee told me that exact amount and my card was charged an additional 4.80 for two orange juices which I did not purchase I don't even drink orange juices. So she must have scanned them while I was inserting my card to pay what I was told was $2.39. I am furious. As a single mom every penny matters and for an employee to do that, I don't think so. And of course the store won't do anything about it. ~Kimberlyann

Great place to pick up a quick bite or treat. Sandwiches are good not great. Nice for an after bar visit to get Gatorade for hydration and a late night meatball sandwich. Staff is always friendly and the food to order is delicious. ~BigEddie

This Wawa is always busy but they never have enough people working. Even though they have several cash registers there is usually only one open. Expect to wait in line. And, it moves slowly. The store is clean for the most part. They could use more stock on the shelves and in the refrigerators. Outside of the store needs a cleaning. There is trash scattered all over. Convenient gas pumps. Lots of parking. Guard on duty. ~True
