Young Lady in the front counter had a bad attitude/ bad mood I understand it's burger King and we live in america no one likes to work but Jesus just put a smile on your face now I see why she works at the front counter. And I didn't even get my sprite and I didn't went back to ask for it because that might become a issue so I just left. only in philly angry people everywhere

Went to the drive through on Sunday 6-19 at 6:30PM. After getting my order my guest asked if we could get a milk shake. The female at the window told me there were no add one. There was nobody in line behind us and I asked if I could order a shake on a separate order. She walked away. Luckily another worker gave me my order and got me a shake. I will never go back there and recommend people avoid this place. Customer service training is highly recommended here I would steer clear of this place if you are considering going here

When did it started that one has to pay for ketchup for your fries. The sprite was nasty. The attendant was very rude, “the sign says 15cents for ketchup/sauce.” What if you couldn’t read. Maybe that’s why there drive through is empty. Please remember we have choices. I will never ever go back there, I’m telling my friends and family never ever go to this location. The attitude stinks!!!!!

This is like the local dive Burger king. Any other one in the area is better but its not that bad. Been going here my whole life and went to school across the street. If u have a big car, the drive thru is tight. Its super close to the next building and they have concrete blocks to not hit it when turning through.... So you have to like cut hard, and slowly crawl past it. No recommended for new drivers.

I was looking for someplace to grab a quick bite and get directions. I walked in and the place was pretty clean so I decided what I wanted to order and walked up to the counter. I don't eat beef, so I ordered a Whopper- no meat. For once, I wasn't asked if I wanted the Impossible burger! What I was asked by the Manager (Devlin?), was have I ever tried it and if I wanted to, but I declined. My food was hot and fresh (fries, of course), and I enjoyed my meal. I would definitely return for another meal.

I just left the Burger King here on cottman with my family and I will say this will be my last time coming to this location . I was confronted aggressively by the manger who assumed I was coming at one of the employees for for messing up my order but I still remain professional and tried to resolve the issue once I resolved the issue which was that 2 coupons cannot be placed on a order I tried to explain to her the system room my loyalty points in the process of trying to figure out the coupons situation. After this she made me feel complete dumb by saying “ I can’t wait til they end this loyalty thing” which was an insult because we get loyalty point for being loyal to Burger King the manger name is devlyn and she was very unprofessional to be a manger when I asked for the owner number because I didn’t wanna argue or start a scene she basically laughed in my face like nothing was going to happen and there are no consequences it’s sad becaue these are the people that we trust with our food and they are becoming more and more unprofessional because they can’t leave there home attitude at home and have a positive work attitude because I never wanted any trouble I didn’t received my point I just left with my point or my pride

I ordered 2 8 piece nuggets with bbq sauce in drive thru… I really like the professionalism of the cashier Briana and the manager Devlyn.. they smile at me and asked how was my day going while waiting on my nuggets .. this little convo had made my day.. I will visit again ..

Went there today. 1st didn't taste salt on fries. I ordered the Bacon King burger, man when I tell you that there was next to no condiments on my sandwich. It was as dry as the sun surface. Its was horrible. This time was unfortunate but this has to get better thank you. I took two bits out of this sandwich.

Litterally only ever had a good chicken fries maybe once here . They are better off just shutting down tbh this place is disgusting and disgraceful . Surprised you don’t get sued more for people getting horribly sick
