Been renting from Enterprise for the past 10 years. I have had some good and bad experiences from different locations. Since I switched to the Lauderdale Lakes location my experience with their office was great! Austin D. is a great Sales Rep to work with. He explains everything thoroughly. I am definitely coming back to this location for future rentals. Make sure to ask for Austin when visiting their location.

Renee, helped my mother and I as soon as we walked in the door. Her customer service was so polite, pleasant and professional. Mother is elderly and took a long time finding the right paperwork she needed. Renee was very patient and understanding thank you so much.

I never leave reviews, this is my absolute first review. I can’t describe how great , efficient and quick these guys worked. Huge shout out to Johnny that was able to book the reservation same day! BEST BEST place to do make a car reservation!

The process of reserving my rental online was very simple. When I arrived to pick up my same day rental, it was ready. I was quite shocked and relieved with the great customer service I received. Johnny was informative and open to any questions asked. The overall feel of this office was positive and everyone seemed kind. I would definitely rent again from this location.

Complete clean pledge what a lie. My car was hit in a parking lot so I had to take my car in for repairs at dealership there is an Enterprise at Massey Yardley 777 n. State road 7 plantation fl. If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. First the guy was 45 minutes late Massey Yardley had to call him twice to come. Then his computer wasn't working and his tablet and then the credit card terminal didn't work. He couldn't check to see if my insurance covered the rental Collision coverage (which i does I have full coverage insurance). So I was forced to pay extra for theirs. Then he gave me a dirty car trying to tell me that it was stains. I was like so your telling me the Cheetos crumbs and sand and white sticky stuff on the back leather seats are stains. So he was like I'll send it to be cleaned. I was like I have a baby on life support that I have to drive around and it is covid you have to do better. So after 2 hours of waiting I have the van. He tells me for all the inconveniences I marked the vehicle gas on empty for you. I get in the van it smells so bad inside I start driving off and guess what the freaking van was on empty anyways so no favor for me. I had to get gas first thing. I pull down the visor and receipts from the previous rental people fell on my lap so so much for being cleaned. Once home I had to spend the next hour wiping the car down with Oxivir hospital cleaning wipes before I could put my medical fragile baby in the car. I called customer service made complaint this was on Monday morning 7/5/2021 and I still haven't heard from anyone. Plus he couldn't even print me my paperwork because everything was not working. Worst service ever do not use this place

I rented a vehicle from this location it was very clean; quick service to sign the documents.I asked Rashad if I could return the car to the airport he said, "Sure". However, when I inquired about the bank releasing my deposit they hung the phone up on me three times. I still haven't received my deposit. I called moments ago, finally got through I discovered $100 for airport drop off!!! I was IRATE,FURIOUS because Rashad told me this I could of avoided that fee!!
