Be careful if you're elderly and buying lottery tickets there. Today (6/10/22) the cashier cheated my dad out of his money. He's 86 years old and looks frail because he is, but playing the lottery makes him happy. He had 2 tickets to cash in, 1 for a free ticket and one for 4 dollars that should have paid for his tickets for tomorrow. However this young woman proceeded to not only take his 4 dollars, but got 4 more in cash. In exchange she gave him his free ticket with his original tickets with winning ticket stamped on them and 2 other validation tickets (validation printed on them just to take up lottery paper) to make it seem like he had what he asked for. I went inside to tell her what she'd done, and she wouldn't correct her mistake which made me think, not think, know she did it on purpose. When i asked who the owner was, she didn't know his name, but said he'd be in around 4, maybe. This is the second time this has happened at this location with my dad and his lottery tickets. I'm not taking my dad there anymore for his tickets and I'm never buying gas there again. Also I'm reporting this place to the Florida lottery Commission. ~Judy

Honey!!! When I tell you this is my first and LAST time in this store 🤦 everything was out of order. Snacks in the front by some of the storage bowls. They had boxes & metal pull carts in EVERY isle. The store is A MESS! A dangerous mess. This is why I usually pass both my local stores to shop at University & Oakland. Stocked, organized, and not a hazard. It's really a shame. ~Bertha

Tax Fam is the best! When you first walk in, it has a positive atmosphere and clerk Melody welcomes you with a positive attitude. I must confess TaxFam has the people in mind to make you feel comfortable while you're waitings.The layout is nice with comfortable reclining chairs and complimentary snacks But I must give it up for Marvin a man who knows what he's doing. Very knowledgeable, which he taught me a few things about filing my taxes. They deserve every Star I gave them plus more. ~Good

I was skeptical about all the reviews with 5 stars. But let me tell you, the service, the professionalism it is remarkable. My first time here and definitely is not going to be the last one. Great place to take your unwanted electronics to reuse them or recycle ♻️the metals and components in them properly! I took a big flat TV, drop off was very easy, the shop is very clean and organized. When I called to verify hours of operation the guy was very friendly. They also sale electronics at good price. I appreciate very much places like this one that help the environment and avoid useful stuff to be dumped and destroyed as bulk trash. ~Andrea
