The manager went out of his way to help me with my phone I had tiny little cracks in my phone that was in the protective coating and I didn't even know it and I was living with these cracks thinking that it was my phone was cracked and when the glass on my phone in the manager went out of his way to after 8 at night when they were closed he open the door up help me out fix my phone took away the protective casing that was the cracks my phone now it's perfect he went out of his way to be nice and too helpful and I give him a hug and tell him thank you so much he's a nice young man and the other people that work there but he's trained or also very very caring and I told him that I would never go to another service provider other than Cricket I love cricket and all the staff there especially the manager he's a wonderful young man
