I have rented from this place twice in the last two months. The store owner is really nice and it always goes smoothly. They have a huge parking lot so I could leave my car safely, unlike others I have rented from. If you want it to go really smoothly, make sure you clean it up inside after using it. It not only makes things better for you when you check out, but it saves you a cleaning fee.

Beware DO NOT shop here unless you want to be treated like dirt, spoken to rudely and watch as the owner yells at his employees. If I could give negative stars I would. I went here about a month ago for a uhaul rental. When I got there the owner was rude and impatient and yelled at his employee the whole time. The second time I went here was to drop off a uhaul that was rented in Oklahoma and was scheduled to be dropped off at this location. When we tried to drop it off the owner rudely kept saying that he didn't know anything about this truck and he didn't want us to leave it. We tried to explain to him that it was. He told us to call corporate which we told him we did. He then says that if we drop off the uhaul with him he would charge us for everything he could find to charge us extra for. What???!!! So I say to him that is extremely rude. Now he starts yelling at me. So I try to explain to him AGAIN that this is where it is supposed to go and we did call corporate, he says F you. What???!!! I have never shopped anywhere where someone has treated me so rudely! So unless you would like to support a store that has no respect for their customers or their staff I suggest you go somewhere else. Oh and we ended up having to take it to Hazel Dell to drop it off and they verified we were correct it was scheduled to be dropped off at his location. They apologized for our problems we had there and did not charge us anything. Thank you Hazel Dell for great customer service. And shame on you Lewisville Hwy location. You should be ashamed of yourself.
