Went in for an appointment to obtain passports for our family of three and were a little anxious about how it would go. James helped us out and made the process very smooth and straight forward. He also was patient, took time to answer questions, and also took care to make sure everything we had was in order to the point of retaking pictures for us to get them as good as possible. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

1 star, only because I love Ka and Steve behind the counter. Otherwise, If I could move for the sole reason of having a different postal service, it would have been done 10 years ago. Conversations with postmasters over the last 10 years have gone absolutely nowhere. My neighbors and I are still going out after work and redelivering entire households worth of mail and packages to each other and across town. Hundreds of $$ of my packages missing- never recovered, or reimbursed.

Alex was so great helping with the passport process. Super patient and efficient. I was so nervous when I read all the negative reviews of this office, but he was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Really nice guy. And so fast! Thank you, Alex!

If you happen to see an older woman with grey hair - ask to work with someone else. Unreal how she made it impossible to renew our passports. Someone else had to come to help out. She made us feel like idiots even though in the end we were RIGHT. Worst experience.

My mail can never get delivered like it’s suppose to!! My mail comes like at 7pm, I repeat 7pm!! and many times they won’t deliver a package and state “Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location”. I have no gate no nothing blocking my house. I had a letter in my box early in the morning and it’s still sitting in there. So my mail completely didn’t come and they say it’s my fault there’s no secure access! They constantly make up excuses! They are just way to lazy to drive up my driveway at 7pm. Useless people work here!! It’s problems after problems!! What if i had a letter that needed post marked no later than today and here it sits in my mail box because USPS is so blasted lazy!!

I watched the older guy with glasses spend 5 minutes embarrassing three ladies who were falling over themselves trying to get the paperwork for a passport done. It was difficult to watch, and I commend them for holding it together. Not sure I could have done the same, and I almost told him what I thought about his customer service skills before I took three breaths and kept quiet. I hope this is more effective. I've also seen him being very friendly in the past, so maybe something is going on with him, but is still no reason to take it out on customers. The younger male worker I've only seen treat people with respect. A good example to his co-worker.

Two days this week with no mail delivery: April 25 & 27, 2022. The USPS mail app shows 5 pieces of mail today. It showed 4 pieces for the 25th. It is absolutely ridiculous that in view of all the complaints aired here, nothing changes. There are zero consequences for totally inept management. No one is accountable. I'm going to call our U.S. Representative without much hope of anything being done.

The Battle Ground Post Office is the worst and one star is giving them way too much credit. I had the awful experience talking with Lala Baldwin, she said she was the post master there. An extremely rude person who should not be in charge of much of anything dealing with people. She is an extremely bad representative for the postal service and I can clearly see why this particular post office has such bad reviews with this person being in charge! Mail is completely unreliable when we have subs and now our usual carrier has left the post office. Good for him, bad for us. Yikes! He was the greatest and now it will be hit and miss if we get delivery of our mail or if packages get to the right person! God help us!!!

This is mostly a generalized review. USPS has to be the most inefficient company ever. Think about it, if ANY OTHER BUSINESS did the things USPS does, you would no longer do business with them. If any other company was consistently late on deadlines, and consistently lost their projects or work, and had rude, incompetent employees, they’d be done for. However, we’re grandfathered into this relationship with USPS, where we are forced to accept those services. It’s outrageous that they screw up, so regularly and with such intensity, and we all just act like it’s nothing. This local post office, doesn’t even have two stars on Google. USPS should be embarrassed by their reoccurring mistakes, and mess ups. It’s so bizarre that the American people are willing to put up with this, when we would never accept this behavior, from any other company.

In 30 years of living here I have never had a bad experience. I think every time I have a question someone takes the time to answer thoroughly. I sell online and gave been given good advice on shipping methods from a few clerks as well. Keep in mind that closing time will ALWAYS be busy so get there first thing in the day.
