Not sure about the history that led to this precinct’s 2.9 rating here on the goog. But I can tell you this, it’s absolutely not because of people like Rachelle. Without a doubt, one of the sweetest and most helpful postal staff members I have ever had the pleasure to work with. All she did was was demonstrate a “how can I help you better” spirit. All too uncommon anymore. And I don’t even live in Bellingham! I was just passing through on a road trip under less than ideal circumstances. And now I’m left only to wish I could always have her as my hometown postal professional. I only hope the USPS knows how lucky they are to have her! Thanks again Rachelle for all you did to help ensure my postal needs were met.

I've been to this post office twice and had a great experience both times! Super speedy service, friendly customer service, look forward to going back! It's also convenient having the counter located within the gas station convenience store, it's a one-stop shop for a lot of things.

Terrible customer service. I'm shipping a used textbook, and it needs to get there without damage. The postal worker told me to grab the most flimsy envelope there and said it would probably get damaged. She was super nice and helpful to the very well dressed woman before me, so I'm not sure why she spoke to me so rudely. That kind of interaction can really ruin your day. I thought this little post office would save time, but I guess I'll go to the bigger location and wait in line like everyone else. It's a shame; this location is only a few blocks from my house, but there's no way I'm coming back here. It really takes no more time to be nice to someone than to be rude and dismissive.

recieved a message my package couldnt be dropped off because driveway and door were not accesible when it was a perfect day out and nothing in the way, there customer service phone number closes at 3 pm pacific time which is awful since most people are working at 3 pm. Stil have yet to recieve my package and each time i try getting help nothing happens even with a provided tracking number, im now out 260 dollars. USPS is an awful company with the worst customer service

Send package to my address instead of to the sender , I am outraged and it was never received by myself. Says delivered but never got here. The mail guy taking packages ? I am not the first one this happens to. Paid good money to have item shipped and was told to use blank shipping label instead of usps one. Come on Usps someone has to be held accountable for all these missing packages. Used this place many times before no problem all over sudden loosing all our mail. Avoid at all cost. I be filling a complaint.

My mom came here, waited in an hour line, only to be told she couldn't send perfume. The employee was bossy and ungrateful to her. Embarrassing. It's almost always packed, and whenever our Amazon package is to big to be in the mailbox we have to come to this horrid place. Nope.

I was on hold for 40+ minutes and then realized they forgot about me. I was calling because they left my item in a parcel locker and didn’t leave me the key! Finally got a hold of them, they said they would fix it. Still no key and still no mail!!! Get it together.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this place. And I have had a bad experience at the downtown location. So I appreciate the employees here. They are friendly and fast without making you feel rushed. I’d say you can’t really ask for much more!

Conveniently located inside Yorkys Market, I send packages from here often rather than going up to the big Post Office. PO boxes are available too. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes a short wait as there's only one person at a time working the PO counter. But still faster than the alternative. So glad it's there!

I came in at 3 to mail a package. The lady who worked the post office desk refused to take my package because she said they were closed, even though it clearly says they were open until 4. I've been there a couple times hoping there would be better customer service there since it is in such a convenient location, but every time my experience has been horrible. Never coming back and I would advise the same to anyone else.
