If I could rate u haul as a whole a 0/5 I would. We needed to rent a truck for an emergency situation we paid the upfront cost. We dropped the truck off. They found a way to charge us another 1000 dollars. Whatever we signed a contract contacted the customer support. They said nothing we can do but you can make payment on this. So I started to make payments one day I check my bank account and uhaul has made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account with contacting me. So same thing contact uhaul they say nothing we can do. So at this point I contact my bank and request the money back. I show the documents stating that we had agreement to make payments on the amount. So the morale of the story here is pick another rental company unless you would like unauthorized withdrawals from your account.

I visited this location this past Sunday 7/31 and can I say that the Rep at the counter Vicky Thompson was AMAZING.! She was so nice and courteous and she went the extra mile not just for me I observed her with other customers as well and she kept a smile on her face. We all know that EXCELLENT Customer Service is hard to come by these days but she was everything! They were pretty busy but she assisted multiple customers at one time making sure all of our needs and concerns were met. I have a kind of small car and had to get some larger boxes and I wasn’t sure if they would fit she offered to help me and we got all those bad boys in the car like magic. Uhaul she needs to be a trainer for all your new hires because honestly a lot of your reps are rude and disengaged heck make her a MANAGER you all have a true DIAMOND in her she’s a Rock Star!!!

Not good for truck drivers!!! 9-4 Shipping/Receiving only. Pretty tight. Not much room around. I had to back into the street, with incoming traffic, to get out of the facility. Ask other drivers for help if you are in this situation.

Manager is so disrespectful and so angry that when he was talking to me his gestures were like he will hit something all i did was I just asked a question. I really was scared standing next to him I felt threatened and so scared 😱 I never seen professional managers getting angry like this. He said he will make sure he will charge me accordingly and gave me that look with full of anger now am scared he will make things up may charge me more. God this is how morning started. All our family and friends go at this location from now on I can wait or go far but not at this location ever. I even saw he was treating the other lady very rude it showed raccisiam against her clearly showed the way he was talking and behaving to her as I was thinking she herself said to him then he got mad at her. Poor lady was in tears. Why management not doing anything I saw other reviews also regarding this Manager. What is management waiting for. Thanks!!!!I have no option otherwise I would give zero star. Just cuz of 1 manager here. God never seen this much rudeness as the professin. He has no control on anger. Good luck!!! I was really scared

I have had many issues accessing my unit, as management of this facility allows homeless people to live on the premises. Two separate vehicles were parked in front of the access doors of the unload dock. Blocking Access to those of us who actually pay for a unit!

I have had nothing but a string of unfortunate events take place since I decided to move all my belongings to this storage facility. Let me start by saying that when I originally chose this place it was because I worked nights and slept during the day and by the time I woke up it wasn't too long before I had to be to work again,so... this place at the time had 24 hour access for a small added on fee and that was exactly what I needed and that alone made my decision easy. Everything was fine the first few months and then I got robbed at gunpoint one late-night and got thru that alive. Next, I was held on the premises by trucks that blocked the entrance and exit only to find put I was being accused of a crime I still don't know about and when police arrived and told me to wait a minute and them came back out and said "sorry about that we thought you were someone else" and then showed me a picture of a white female with flaming red hair who looked nothing like me whatsoever...I was offended! Then, after that my entire purse was stolen from my car because I stupidly left it in there (I take responsibility for that) but they refused to show me the video footage even after I made a police report.....the list goes on....and they are no longer 24 hours and close at 7pm which is way to damn early! This place has been a huge disappointment 😒

Came into this location to get a trailer. Paid for it and got the trailer hooked up only to find out the wire harness was busted so I had no brake lights. Was told to come back the next morning at 8:00am and it would be fixed and ready. I came in at 8:30 the next morning only to have the clerk tell me it's going to be a while they haven't even touched it yet. I was PROMISED by the night shift that this would be fixed and ready to go.

The white lady who worked in the front desk doesn’t know what she is doing. She has no brain. Only work her mind with computer no common sense. If u wanna rent a auto transporter or trailer never go on this location. She waste my 2 days and when I go to other locations. I was able to get out of there less then 5 minutes. My request for u haul. If u guys want more business please fire her. Please compare auburn financials with the other location. I bet they have more business. Computer is not everything. Sometimes u have use ur mind. That’s why ur working at u haul. And people went to moon

All of the employees were great. They were attentive, helpful, and explained everything in great detail. I would suggest getting a second floor unit because anyone can walk in and try to access the first floor during the day, but you can only get to the second floor with the elevator, which only opens with a swipe of the security card. There are free carts to help you move your things just outside the elevator. The main store has lots of packing essentials. The location is close to major roads. One thing I didn’t like was that there is only one spot where you can park a large moving truck and then use the ramp. The other two spots you can park a truck, but there isn’t clearance to get the ramp out, so you have to carry things over the gap. It seems as if every day I wanted to move things, the spot with clearance for a ramp was taken.
