This is the only gas station I go to. The people working the counter in the mini-mart are very nice. The bathroom is kept really clean. They are also the cheapest good quality gas station I have found. Their car wash is good to. The only issue I have is is when it's nice weather after it has rained and everyone is trying to wash their car. ~Krystal

They had a price of 39.99 on a game. Went to go pay they rang it up canceled it and said that it's not that pirce that it was almost double that. On the tag it had the full name of the game on the tag as well as the price of 39.99. And when asked I want to take a picture of it to show the office the guy in the back said no we don't have to show you nothing and it's in the trash they then changed the price right in front of me Mind you I was waiting almost 10 mins the girl who was on the till was helping someone and the guy just sat and was leaning on the back count doing nothing, not even asking if I needed help he was just giving me a dirty look because of my special needs son. Giving 3 stars for the girl who was helping me. The other guy needs more training ~Tony

I visited this location this past Sunday 7/31 and can I say that the Rep at the counter Vicky Thompson was AMAZING.! She was so nice and courteous and she went the extra mile not just for me I observed her with other customers as well and she kept a smile on her face. We all know that EXCELLENT Customer Service is hard to come by these days but she was everything! They were pretty busy but she assisted multiple customers at one time making sure all of our needs and concerns were met. I have a kind of small car and had to get some larger boxes and I wasn’t sure if they would fit she offered to help me and we got all those bad boys in the car like magic. Uhaul she needs to be a trainer for all your new hires because honestly a lot of your reps are rude and disengaged heck make her a MANAGER you all have a true DIAMOND in her she’s a Rock Star!!! ~desiree

Worst rental experience I've ever had. They reserved the wrong type of vehicle after telling them multiple times I need a pickup (like an F-150), instead they set up a 24 foot box truck! Trying to contact them by phone is absolutely ridiculous, you spend 5 minutes going through a phone tree and when you finally get the option to talk to a person it disconnects you EVERY time! Unbelievable frustration dealing with this location and Hertz in general. I only used them because our insurance directed us to them. I've never had an experience like this dealing with Enterprise and I will never recommend Hertz to anyone I care about. If I could give zero stars it would be more accurate. ~Mike

This Les Schwab location is the closest to my house and, conveniently, the best I have ever been to. I've been going here for close to 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and the work is always high quality. Over two vehicles, I've had brakes done a couple of times, tires rotated, new tires purchased and installed, flats fixed, etc. The work is always quick and well done. On my last visit I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire with no leaking air. They removed the nail, checked the tires for leaks, checked the other tires for nails/screws, and rotated my tires - all at no charge. Pretty amazing for a store these days to have this business model. They really value their customers. You really can't beat Les Schwab and this location is the best! ~Sonya

Kim and Ernesto and Ernesto were fantastic movers! Very professional and positive with a difficult out of state move than required a shuttle truck on both ends! Big full days of hard work for these three and always had a smile. We loved working with them. And they were very reliable with the date for delivery.
