What a fantastic experience. I had purchased a used minivan that smelled of cigarette smoke. Took it to Detail Central. They had asked me to leave it overnight to let the ozone generator run longer, which I did. Called me the next day, late morning, and let me know that the person working on my vehicle was still noticing a faint amount of smoke smell. They asked if they could keep it another night to take care of it. Hassle? Sure. But they wanted to do the job right and did. They also somehow got most of a cargo area stain out that I had assumed was permanent. Also their lobby is welcoming—clean restroom, and complimentary coffee and bottled water. Mark and the brief interactions I had with other staff were great. Recommend!

Took my 2005 Mustang GT in to Central for a complete detail. Car was definitely in need of exterior paint TLC and the interior needed shampooing cuz mice got inside while garaged and made a mousy mess on the floor and seats. I've used other detail shops for past cars so have some notion of what a good job looks like. Central did an OUTSTANDING job on my Mustang! The paint is as smooth & shiny as when the car was new, the interior is squeaky clean and smells great-- no evidence of Mickey and his friends remains. Even the engine compartment gleams! It's hard to find a spot on the car that hasn't been cleaned and that's a great thing. Overall I'd give Central an A+ on their detail shop. I've only had one detail of comparable quality and that was on a different car and was in Arizona so definitely not a local option. Here, I will definitely use Central for my future car-care needs. In addition to Central's quality work, the staff is very nice and definitely customer service oriented. The facilities are clean, the work areas are well-lit & organized, and the price was (IMHO) fair for what I got. That definitely isn't the norm anymore. Try 'em-- you'll like 'em! Didn't have to make an appointment a week in advance, that was nice. Same day service. Couple hours, to get my seats cleaned and they look like new.

Did a beautiful job on my 2007 BMW. Made it look like new again!! Jason was so helpful when I couldn't decide which detail to go with, and I decided to go with the Signature Detail Package. I found out that they have new coupons and discounts each month on their website, too (great for people like me who are living on the broke college student budget) haha. Thanks so much!

I can not speak highly enough of their detail work! They not only made my car look brand new (it's a 2006) they were able to cure the smell of diesel in the back seat, and make it smell awesome too! Their customer service is amazing and their attention to detail is impeccable! And my sun damaged headlights look brand new. Thanks you guys!

I will say my 1st experience wasn’t great as far as my detail went. But I did come back, and they resolved the issue right away and they did an excellent job, great customer service, and they offer a comfortable clean waiting area. I will be back for next detail.
