My AC went out in my car and I had to take it to McCurley Integrity Subaru to get it fixed. My mechanic friends said if it was the condenser it would be very expensive ($1500-$2000). So of course it was the condenser. After only 3 hours I got a call saying the car was done. When I arrived I found out why McCurley used the word Integrity in their business name. Having bought the car use, I have never been issued any notices about recalls on parts. There was a recall issued for condensers for my Subaru. They could have kept quiet and charged me anything they wanted and I would have never known the difference. However they were honest and told me it was a recall part and I paid NOTHING! In addition to Integrity, McCurley should add Honesty and Honor to their name. Simply the best customer service I have ever received.

Me and my family bought this very beautiful 2023 Subaru Touring. It was so easy and seamless to get rid of our old Subaru outback from 2015. Jose is the most wonderful Subaru salesman we have ever met! I also recycle my snack wrappers here!

I took my Subaru in for calibration on the front windshield. When it was finished they had fixed a recall on the fuel pump. When I got into my car there was a strong Oder of gas and my mileage to empty was rapidly going down. I took it back the next day and talked to the service gal and she got my car in right away. Hour later I was met with the service gal and mechanic and they looked it over and explained everything to me in detail. It ended up being normal and the car will eventually calibrate itself. Thank you to the service gal and the mechanic for the great service. And a shout out to the part guy that helped me as well. All around a great experience. Thanks!

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Brett made my day fun by his incredible attitude and he was a lot of fun to talk to. He was very informative about my car, knew a lot about hybrids that was helpful in me making the final decision about buying a hybrid. He had an infectious bubbly attitude that made you want to continue talking to him. I loved his personality, the way he dressed, and his knowledge of his craft. I will be recommending him to anyone that I hear is in the marketplace for buying a car. Thank you for having incredible employees like him. I also really liked the finance coordinator as he was also very skilled at his job, made this portion of buying my RAV4 Hybrid a great experience as well! Edgar got me a great rate, made my experience fun and not seem like I was signing my life away like I've felt at other finance departments.

One of my close friends recently bought a vehicle from Jacob and got totally railroaded!! They lied about the price of the vehicle and he lost several thousands of dollars in the process. They have done absolutely NOTHING to fix their wrong and essentially have said deal with it. I will never again buy a vehicle from here and I’ll tell all my family members and friends to avoid these scam artists like the plague!

Other than having to wait for our new Outback due to supply chain issues, our experience at McCurley Integrity Subaru was nothing short of wonderful. This is the fourth Subaru in our family, so we do have experience at other dealerships. And this particular dealership did not disappoint. From the salesman (Rafael) that met us when we drove up to pick up our new Outback to the Sales Manager (David) and Finance Officer (Edgar), were all perfect. They relayed to us that the family owned business was built on trust, service and prices not meant to gouge the buyer - and our experience was just that. NO high pressure sales, No high pressure "closer". The finance officer was more than pleasant and clearly explained all options available, again without pressure or making us feel guilty if we didn't opt for certain available features. The Sales Manager, who we spoke to previously by phone, came by to introduce himself and make sure our needs were met. And the salesman's attitude was beyond fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. Take your new car for a test ride - I don't need to come along. Patience with us showing us all the new wonderful features. After we left he called, texted and emailed to make sure all was good with a new car - now that's what we call great customer service. Do we recommend this dealership - you bet.
