Best auto parts store in Pasco, Washington (WA) 2024

My husband and I were looking for a SUV that was spacious enough for two car seats. We went to another dealership in the area first because we were set on a Ford Explorer ST. While waiting for the sales person from the other dealership to look into prices, we decided to walk over to Mazda. We were originally greeted by Tommy, we asked him if they had any Explorer ST’s. They did and he showed it to us but since we knew the other salesperson from the other dealership was waiting for us, we went back and told Tommy that we would be back if we didn’t find anything. After about an hour of going in circles, we left the unnamed dealership very disappointed. We walked back to Mazda. Since we had already talked to Tommy, we felt it was appropriate to ask for him. He was busy helping other customers and passed us to Marcus. Marcus was very helpful. Got our info and let us take the car for a test drive right away. We instantly fell in love with the car and bought it. I would definitely recommend people to go Mccurley Mazda and see Marcus or Tommy. The sale people are very relaxed which really helped our buying experience. ~Adriana

Me and my family bought this very beautiful 2023 Subaru Touring. It was so easy and seamless to get rid of our old Subaru outback from 2015. Jose is the most wonderful Subaru salesman we have ever met! I also recycle my snack wrappers here! ~Henry

Based off of my experience this day July 2022. It wasn’t completely about the price difference it was about the service. I was raised in the days when customer service was very important. The customer is always right especially in a situation like this. This service might’ve been because that is how they train their employees to be. Growing up I was always told to provide the best service possible and yes the customer is always right. Yes there are scenarios where it could be a mess up or wrong information. But they literally did a price change and left the old price tag in a visible location. I still purchased the product because I needed it at this time. But my future at the store will cease to exist. A one dollar difference Lost thousands of dollars of future purchases. My only recommendation is about in-store service. I went to my local O’Reilly store and purchased a galvanized drip pan. On the display I noticed the price for $13.99. When I purchased it said 14.99. After my purchase I went back to the display and let the cashier know the price was $13.99. He walked back and said no it shows right here $14.99. It was marked with both prices the $14.99 price was in a hard to find location and the $13.99 was visible. The cashier said no it’s 14.99 I said then you need to fix your display so it doesn’t show both prices. I remember back in the days when Customer Service what is something a business strived for providing. It was obvious today that customer service at O’Reilly‘s in store isn’t available. Customer is always right do you remember those days? Because of this experience I will not be visiting oreillys.com or O’Reillys in store business. This one dollar difference will affect your company by the thousands If not more because of my reviews I will make others aware of this and if they choose to listen or choose to experience it for themselves. ~Kelly

Good experience. I was able to recycle my used oil and found other items of interest. Noticed an AGM battery at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will go back for other items as needed. ~Dave
