Some auto parts stores ,have a very slow attention to costumers and they make people wait and wait with long lines of customers waiting and they don't care, but O'Reilly's are fast and take very seriously about costumer service .so they are the best.

They are lazy can’t even pick up a phone and when I get to the store no customers there just them being lazy like I needed to see if they had my part before I go all they way over there for nothing they need to step it up it ain’t hard to answer a phone

Good experience. I was able to recycle my used oil and found other items of interest. Noticed an AGM battery at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will go back for other items as needed.

Came in at 10:30 for electrical tape and a phone charger, the assistant manager came out to my car and accused me of stealing one of their ugly Alibaba looking shift knobs

This particular store was really not there best but over all they are good. Had parts but counter help was very rude and not personable.

This place was open Thanksgiving night, for which I am super grateful. My vehicle was leaking coolant and O'Reilly's was the only place in the city that was open and had what I needed. I would not have been able to make it home if it weren't for them. These guys rock!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Let me tell everyone something here. I have been rebuild this classic of mine. For over a year now. I needed two thing to complete my 454 rebuild. An oil pan gasket and manifold gasket. I call prior. Just to be sure they had the parts. I got there right before closing. The employees who's name I should have remember. Though I was way to heated to write it down. I'll get his name tomorrow. Hopefully by then he will no longer be an employee there. He grabbed the gaskets that I called for. I had to grab another item. When I got to the counter to pay. As I got out my card he looks at me and say sorry your to late. We are closed now.!! I laughed like it was a joke. No it wasn't. "I said your joking right. " He said "Nope I'm not. We're closed now. You more then happy to come back tomorrow and pick them up sir." I was so close to losing it, but I knew if I did. Then he would get the satisfaction he was looking for. So I just walked out. Vented in the car and decided to write this review. For those who need parts. GO TO AUTOZONE

These guys were great. Our car broke down. They checked the code for free. Even though it wasn't something we could take of there, they called a local mechanic they knew who could work on a Prius on a Saturday and got us in to see him despite being busy. They also knew the best tow company to take us. Oscar was very helpful.
