If I could give a zero I would! My grandma bought several pieces and paid in FULL at the time of purchase. Everything was on back order for several months!! She understood (as a gracious woman would) Her house was taking a little longer (out of her control) She asked if they would hold it for her. They completely agreed to hold it longer. House is ready now, arranged for delivery and come to find out they SOLD all of them to someone else!! Told her they would re-order it but now it’s going to be several weeks and she’s not going to have a bed to sleep in!! Giving my grandmother a run around to try to get her money back. Total lack of communication! That is customer service 101!!! Only offered her a SMALL discount. I used to have a great experience with Ashley’s but whom ever is managing the store should CLEAN HOUSE! ~Melissa

They have good stuff for much lower prices which is good. I did buy some granola bars that tasted horrible but they weren't expired so... I guess just be careful when buying from there since they get stuff from other places that don't want these items due to excess or overstock issues. Other than that though, everything else I've bought here tasted great (food wise). ~Vanessa

Worst place to have your pet seen for grooming. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for 2 months to have my dog groomed and was just told our groomer no longer works there so we will have to cancel our appointment and the next available date is over a month away. Our appointment is 3 days away and the groomer quit over two weeks ago! Petco instead suggested I reach out to the groomer who quit and see if she has any openings available. What a way to treat a costumer who has been using their services for well over 2 years ~Cameron

I love shopping for my pets at Blylees. Patrick the store manager is very knowledgeable and the staff are all helpful and kind. Every time I come in I'm greeted and treated well. If I have any questions or I'm looking for something the staff help me right away. I really love thier selection of supplements and quality foods. The store is always clean and well stocked. ~Cat

I went there to get a couple of Blizzard treats. When I arrived at the drive through there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me so I thought there would be a waiting period since it was around 5pm. I was wrong!!! I was up to the window picking my treats up in less than 2 minutes, they were very fast. Plus the guy at the window gave excellent service, he was funny and friendly and fast without making me feel rushed. Over all it was a very good experience and we will be back. ~Steven

ice cold didn't even melt the cheese. Large onion ring consisited of 8 rings. Have to drive through cuntless parking lots to get there. This is not a real burger king ...there is no way ... ~Miss.
