We were at Burger King on road 68 in pasco wa 2 weeks ago and we ordered 2 for 12 meal and when we got our meal it was all messed up and when we went back they only gave us the sandwiches instead of just giving us the whole meal. The manager was rude and acted as if she didn’t believe us. We do not have any reason to lie just to get free food. Do not go there it’s not worth your time.

I rarely go to burger King and this experience just makes sense. Happen to get a coupon in the mail for to bacon cheeseburger meal. To keep this short it was the smallest burgers I've ever seen. Everything was pretty cold definitely been kept in a warmer. Yeah won't be back.

$14.49 and still can’t get a order right. $45 an hour and these entitled kids still would not get a order right. They repeat it back and then still get it wrong. These kids will show the same work ethic and attention to detail in the future hopefully the jobs they have will be of little importance.

Honestly, one of the best Burger Kings in the area. Food is well made, orders are usually correct. Only time they messed up, I got a double cheeseburger rather than a single, so I wasn't complaining. Service is fast and friendly! I wish all the Burger Kings around here would have this level of service.

We've been here a handful of times, and each time they have forgotten items, so we have to go from the drive through, and park to go in and get the missing items, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The food is fairly good, but they sometimes overdress their burgers, making the bun somewhat soggy, and messy to try to eat. Not a bad fast food option, but they could do better. Put a bit more effort into their work.

Got a small, was charged extra for asking for bottled water because they don’t have soda right now and when I called to see what happened and see if I could get my order redone I got hung up on for asking for a manager. The lady at the window handing food out also was rude as heck. I said thank you and she replied with bye. I’ve worked fast food before. That was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King. Definitely will NOT be back!
