Again, super impressed with this dealership. They make buying a car stress free and they are all so nice. When the purchase of our sons vehicle ended in a misfortunate situation 9 months later, Justin worked with us and made it right. I cannot stand behind this dealership enough. I really have had the worst experiences with cars here. They overcharge for literally everything, it's ridiculous. The amount you pay isn't even worth it, because the service is so shoddy - you can get better service at a local shop for less money. I remember on one occasion, something in my car had failed. I had to pay upwards of 1500 dollars for it. When I cashed out at the receptionist desk; the young girl was talking to me about it, telling me that this is a known issue in Jetta's for years. She laughed while telling me the company would never recall the vehicle for it or cover it for free. I remember thinking, wow great!! I'm so glad I'm literally being taken advantage of for money I barely have. Thanks VW for your stellar service 🙃🙃🙃!!! I definitely suggest going elsewhere for cars and auto service. EDIT: Yeah, it's clearly intentional that I haven't been to a VW location in over a year.....

Very helpful, thorough, and transparent service department. I can't speak to their dealership or sales departments, but I've taken my Tiguan in twice for service and they've been so amazing and helpful each time. Provided me with a loaner for the full week free of charge, and worked every day to try and fix the issues the car was having. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of how expensive it is, but for the service you get, it's definitely worth it.

They saved me 7k by buying me out my lease!! I WAS WAY OVER mileage and damages. Fair and honest, everything done before I even got there!!! Rob Schubert was my sales person and he took care of me from start to finish… Justin Benson is manager and he saved my budget and thousands of dollars! There was a gentleman who also helped me don’t have his name but the whole team is amazing!!!

Dishonest Online Price quotes. This dealer charges a $5k markup that is not disclosed online, meaning they don't honor their online quotes. In 2022 this is unacceptable and buyers should consider buying from a more transparent dealer.

I didn't even end up purchasing here, but my parents test drove a car for me while I was out of town and Pignataro was meticulous in addressing their concerns about the vehicle and very communicative without being pushy the whole time. The next time I need a vehicle I would certainly consider coming back to see them.

The team over at Pignataro were amazing. I went to two different dealers which marked up the price of the car significantly and didn’t make much effort to locate one for me. After a small mistake that was made by Pignataro, their sales managers kept me informed on a daily basis on how they would locate the car and make up for their minor mistake. Sure enough they were able to secure the exact car we wanted (and even a better trim) two weeks afterwards. The staff is extremely friendly and the dealership is pristine. I felt really valued and completely satisfied on their communication/updates.
