6 Best oil change service in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

I just want to take this time to say thank you to these PEP BOYS on Evergreen Way, Russell, Rafael and the tech Paul. They help me from beginning to end and were pleasant, kind and fast. They even stayed late to make sure I was taken good care of and my car was good to go. They definitely showed excellent customer service. Thanks for doing all that you guys do. Went for an oil change and they left greasy fingerprints all over the hood of my work van. I know it’s a work van but it would’ve taken 5 seconds to clean this off and would’ve made a world of a difference on how I feel about the work that was done. Writing this review in hopes they can make a change to their process and not do this to other peoples cars. Other than this they were very friendly. ~Keez
