Gave this place over 2 k between December and june. They will knickel and dime you. Also the front desk guy is the owner. Really poor scheduling and customer service. Can never get everything fixed at once and are always very vague about what's wrong. By the time you get everything fixed with how long it takes to schedule, you'll have another issue. I'll let this car die before coming here again. Don't like rich jerks who make a sport of taking my money. Also they crashed into my car while fixing it and only gave me a $30 discount for damage to my car. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

After a not so pleasant experience at Epic Ford where we were charged thousands of dollars for work that did not fix the issue, we took our vehicle over to Aamco where Mo took excellent care of us. Super sketchy. The quote they gave me was for a different (and larger) job than what they were providing. The parts were 2-3x what they cost EVERYWHERE I could find them online, not just 1 place with a sale or something. The quote total was 200 more than all the quotes online and 75-150 more than the high end of every other quote I got in the area for labor. I've been ripped off by an aamco before, ironically the llc that owns this aamco has "integrity" in their name. Must just be ironic in the South Park "'Tegrity farms"-sense because there's no word further from that I'd use to describe this place. And if not I really hope the owner looks into the practices of the management at this location.

We have an older Odyssey, and we had a replacement transmission installed a couple of years ago. We brought the car in for a check on some symptoms we were seeing. Their staff are proactive and great in communicating timelines and following up with new information and next steps. In our case, we were still under warranty. They had the records readily available and fully honored the warranty. They checked and test drove it and thought items were corrected, but they took the extra step to double check again and discovered they needed to make a larger fix- in our case install a replacement. They clearly communicated what they found and suggested next steps. Overall a very positive experience! Service: Transmission
