Stopped to get gas this morning and the card reader on the pump was malfunctioning. Instead of reading my card it told me to see the attendant. If I wanted to deal with the attendant I'd have gone inside instead of paying at the pump. Went across the street to the BP and filled up. Their card readers worked just fine.

The night person on Thursday nights is so rude and disrespectful that it's sickening and off putting to even go in anymore. I was told that they didnt care if they drove off every customer and that it's not their problem it's the owners and that they have 2 other jobs and dont care if they get fired. I was floored by this and really hope they do get let go so my local gas station can not suck anymore.

Good station for a quick fill-up. However, the ExxonMobil app does not work here for payments; I always get an error when it tries to authorize, even though it recognizes the station. There's another Mobil station on 14 Mile where it does work, though.

There was a red hair worker who was just sitting in the chair as I’m waiting for service and didn’t acknowledge the fact hat I was there, and when he did as he was sitting he said “”what do you need”” worse service I’ve ever had at a mobile gas station

Today around 6:15 pm I was reminded by the gentleman behind the counter at this Mobile, why I love living in Sterling Heights. The people here are kind and generous without even being asked. I will pay his generosity forward and remind others why the people of Sterling Heights are awesome!!! Thank you kind neighbor.

they took $91 off of my card, everythough I spent $23 in gas, then refunded me the difference eventually after
