No stars should be an option for this Pizza Hut location. We ordered around 8:50-9pm & called the store twice with promises that our food would be delivered. Nothing ever came but we were surely charged the amount. How do you promise the order is coming not once but twice & nothing?! Poorest customer service ever! Don't order here if you actually want your food. Terrible!

Employees do not acknowledge you, the place is empty, tables and chairs stock up, not an appetizing place to go eat. Pizza was good!

I continually stop by to see if they're open for dining but apparently not for the last couple of years. I don't want a pizza delivered, or eat it in the car. I want to eat inside at lunch time with the buffet they used to have. Choice of pizza slices, & salad bar. Maybe they're making so much money on delivery that they don't want to open the inside. It used to be I would have given them 5 stars but I can't enjoy eating there anymore. I'll continue to look at the window signs to see when I can get lunch.

Unprofessional. My pizza looked like it was dropped. I called them to see if I can get my money back or another pizza and the rude employee heard what I said and then transferred me over to a call center. The call center then transferred me back over and the rude employee didn't answer and still hasn't answered. 0 stars. I can tell that guy working at this location on March 24 2022 at 6pm is miserable

The pizza was amazing and ready in 15mins. Luckily, This was one of the very few places open on New Years Day. Dine in was closed.

If it would let me rate it a half star, I would. Restaurant states that they’re open until 10PM. I call at 8pm and order a pizza for carry out. At 8:20PM, I arrive and their doors are locked. Not only that, but the woman inside shooed us away. When we called to explain that we had a pizza for pickup, she relented and said that they are closed and they couldn’t have possibly lit got an order. There were three people left in the restaurant when we showed up. Do not give these guys your business.

Well, let's start off with what this location does well: they got the dining room temperature set to "pizza hut cold". I dig that. They're also really good at folding pizza boxes. The folks seem nice. If you like pizza hut, you aint gonna like this one. If you don't like pizza hut you're REALLY not gonna like this one. The staff doesn't execute the pizza hut recipes as published. Bread sticks are dry, chewy and, tasteless. Whatever cheese/herb stuff they're supposed to dust on the bread sticks aint on there. They don't have thin crust on the buffet- they dont even have a pan pepperoni on the buffet. The lunch buffet for this location: not a good choice. They don't have enough dine-in traffic to do it right- so I wouldn't even ask them to try. Let's just leave it at this: this franchise doesn't even do the pizza hut standard... ur $8 buffet would be too expensive at $0.99. go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this pizza hut. Alex is excellent, and is good as the pizza we ate, he goes above and beyond when it comes to costumer service. Everything is clean and neat. Bathrooms also are clean no malodorous toilets. No lines to be seated and fast. No complaints.

Nothing beats eating somewhere that has Great employees willing to help you, and the best part is that if you order ahead they literally take about 15 mins to prepare a Pizza. They're always offering promotions too and you can even earn rewards towards different treats. Highly recommended for a good bite to eat!!
