12 Best convenience store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Satisfied with the pharmacy department thus so far. Checking out from the pharmacy and/or front check out has been so far good experiences. They also have self checkout a available which I have used several times. The store is clean. The outside of the store is usually almost clean. ~Kimberly

This Rite Aid is one of the worst I’ve experienced. It not only needs stock, it needs to be cleaned. Shelves upon shelves are empty. The refrigerator where the milk is located is dirty and disgusting. There are boxes and carts throughout the aisles making it difficult to maneuver. The floor was filthy. I found items that had no prices. And getting a price wasn’t easy because finding an employee was hard. The line at the register was long. There was one cashier. The outside is also a mess. Trash everywhere. ~True

If I could give zero stars I would. I went today to get my first shot for Covid, signed the papers, stated I’m getting my first shot and they gave me a problem. Staff are horrible and trash. What was the point of me signing papers then. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. ~Monique

Good gas prices broken pumps and I don't like the fact that they require me to show my drivers license to buy cigarettes! I'm 59 years old and l should not have to give up my personal information which they scan for Cigarettes! ~Amir

This store was great they are great people live the way they take care of their store. And they don't take no mess from anyone. And people as i can see some respect them. Love the store pop. ~latasha

BEWARE: This Rite Aid participates in FRAUD. There’s someone that works here that allows thieves to run stolen credit & debit cards for gift cards & merchandise and pretends they don’t recognize this fraudulent behavior. They also are defensive with the video footage. THIEVES!! Use cash only or don’t shop here. Update: I called the 800 number & the representative went right into defense mode stating he was sure the staff followed gift card purchasing policy. He didn’t even inquire about which Rite Aid I was referring to. Corporate doesn’t need to speak to me. Pull the video from 9/24/22 8-10:30 am & watch them charge multiple cards with multiple names. They even tried an Apple credit card. ~Ki

I use this Wawa all the time. And this morning I went in to get my son a icee before his doctor's appointment. $2.39, the employee told me that exact amount and my card was charged an additional 4.80 for two orange juices which I did not purchase I don't even drink orange juices. So she must have scanned them while I was inserting my card to pay what I was told was $2.39. I am furious. As a single mom every penny matters and for an employee to do that, I don't think so. And of course the store won't do anything about it. ~Kimberlyann

Great place to pick up a quick bite or treat. Sandwiches are good not great. Nice for an after bar visit to get Gatorade for hydration and a late night meatball sandwich. Staff is always friendly and the food to order is delicious. ~BigEddie

This Wawa is always busy but they never have enough people working. Even though they have several cash registers there is usually only one open. Expect to wait in line. And, it moves slowly. The store is clean for the most part. They could use more stock on the shelves and in the refrigerators. Outside of the store needs a cleaning. There is trash scattered all over. Convenient gas pumps. Lots of parking. Guard on duty. ~True
