Absolutely terrible location. I only use it because it’s closest to my home. They frequently mess up orders. If you try to call to confirm a new prescription is ready for pickup, the phones just rings perpetually or someone answers long enough to place you on hold without saying a word to you. Horrible customer service. And some of the pharmacists have a very difficult time pronouncing the names of very common medications.

Satisfied with the pharmacy department thus so far. Checking out from the pharmacy and/or front check out has been so far good experiences. They also have self checkout a available which I have used several times. The store is clean. The outside of the store is usually almost clean.

On April 9 , 2022 George was very rude , I was at self checkout and they didn’t have the bags I needed (a bigger bag) for all my items. He was right behind the counter so I said excuse 5 times and he completely ignored me, I spoke to the manager on duty and she said he is his own boss so there nothing she can do. Also, when I was leaving he said have a good day in a Condescending tone. Customer service at this rite aid is not important to everyone that works there.

They never have things in stock is my nearest pharmacy I was expecting to get a passport picture but they said the cámara is broken and they didn’t received any equipment for a long time.

I called the pharmacy over 20 times no one would answer. When I walked over to rite aid and told the pharmacist I’ve been calling the phone and no one would answer. He just disregards my concern and asks me what do I need help with now. Another time on a Saturday I stop by at 7 pm and the store was closed.

Called over 15 times during a time when they are least busy, played phone tag and was not helped at all. When the pharmacist did finally answer was met with rudeness. Pharmacists continued to cut me off whilst trying to ask questions
