Store is very unprofessional! Micheal and all the other employees in the pharmacy should be fired. They denied giving me any help with getting a at home Covid test until I told them that I would report this matter after over 1 hour now of trying to get some assistance. Thank you to Paula who was very kind and helpful once receiving a call back.

Charles and Raik T at this location are amazing! They take every opportunity to go the extra mile. Charles was very happy to help me as I wandered the store looking for things. Then when I too quickly dismissed the option for a receipt, he and Raik did everything they could to make sure I got one anyway. I will be using this location from now on. CVS is really lucky to have these amazing staff members.

One of the few CVS with great customer service. Even when they're giving bad news (e.g., pharmacy is closed, or don't have a certain product), they deliver it kindly.

It is in a convenient location but they only use one register when it is busy. It is not good for when you are in a rush. The store is small and everything is bunched together. I rather go to a better CVS than this one. Pharmacy is decent is my positive for this store.

Pharmacy is really weird people. They wasted my time just creating confusion on a pick up order. Instead of just simply refusing, they wasted half an hour giving me weird codes to match with existing medications. That's not my job. They can simply tell its not available if they don't want to help.

The pharmacy was out of my medication and he could not tell me when they would be able to fill my prescription. The pharmacist could not have been more unhelpful. I went to Fairmount Pharmacy and they filled it the next day.

I've shopped/gotten prescriptions at 4 CVS Philly locations, and South Street CVS has been the best consistently. The staff are friendly, helpful, and skilled at processing the endless CVS coupons. Store shelves are usually well-stocked. In normal times, it's dog-friendly and offers dog biscuits. CVS runs Buy 1 Get 1 free vitamin deals (see yellow shelf tags in photos) often. Get the ExtraCare card to get 30% off coupons in the mail monthly, and reams of coupons each time you shop. My experience with prescription autorefills was annoying. They refilled early, and sent multiple text and phone messages hounding you to pick it up. There's a public parking lot 1 block away.

Probably never coming here again. The young man behind the register is standing there ignoring customers and wearing headphones and not wearing a mask at all. Meaning the entire register area is now contaminated. Even BEFORE the pandemic this is probably the worst CVS in center city. There are never any employees working when you need to check out or need assistance, and the pharmacy consistently contacts you with automated texts saying your prescription is ready, only to show up and they don’t have it ready, and don’t have an explanation. Save yourself the effort and go to Walgreens

It's a larger CVS but doesn't have an expanded selection. Mostly local folks go there because it's convenianty located in Passyunk Square and it's 24-hours with a 24-hour pharmacy. The employees aren't particularly helpful spending most of their time looking for theft or talking to each other. The pharmacy employees never manage to remember me (so I switched to another CVS) but they do their job and call when there is issues with a prescription. All-in-all it's an OK CVS.
