If I could give zero stars I would. I went today to get my first shot for Covid, signed the papers, stated I’m getting my first shot and they gave me a problem. Staff are horrible and trash. What was the point of me signing papers then. The staff are very unprofessional and rude.

Every time when I walk in the RiteAid store the workers are very nice and helpful. I Been shopping here since 1997, can't go at any others RiteAid and get treated very nice. Enjoy picking up my medicine they always have it ready for me,And with a smile. Thank you , RiteAid keep up the go work.

The staff that works in the pharmacy are very unprofessional. I went to pick up my husband's meds. The cashier was scaning them. I noticed that one of the meds was not covered So I asked her was this medicine not covered, with the insurence? The girl just was standing there looking at me. So, I said it a little louder. She than whispered something to the pharmacist. But long story short, I never got my answer. I will never come back to this location.
