Why can't they just open the dining room to eat inside? All other restaurants are open to the public! Wasting gas funds to get 2 meals and then to find out when I got home was missing items...NOT HAPPY! Management needs a wake up call and do their jobs!

Dining room is closed due to a lack of employees. Chicken was fine but my Biscuit was doughy inside. Fries were excellent, I didn't know KFC had fries this good. Drive through service was slow but that's common with fried chicken windows.

I placed an online order at 7:30 I was not aware that "because of staff issues" they now close at 8. The app never alerted me of this little fact. When I arrived to pick it up at 8:10 the door was locked so I went to the drive thru. I could see at least 6 people in there but no one could be bothered to talk to me. So I pulled up to the window, again the 6 people in there just stared out the window and never came over to see what the issue may be. I then finally get a notification that my order was cancelled. Here's the kicker though they charged my card for the order and are refusing to refund me my money. This is not my 1st customer service issue here but it will be my last. KFC Lewistown you are dead to me. I hope your star employees don't cost you anymore business. #thieves

I ordered a meal and it should have a drink with it. They informed me even tho it says its a meal you get no drink with it you have to purchase that separately now! Its rediculious the prices they expect you to pay they call it a meal and then expect u to pay a separate price for a drink whrn u purchase a meal??? A meal is just that cause it is all I clouded in a "MEAL"!

They charged me for chicken tenders when I only got chicken. They did not give me any gravy for my mashed potatoes not a pleasant experience

Both orders had mistakes. One was wrong item. Other asked for Mac & cheese got mashed.

We chose the $25 fill up. Had an extra breast instead of a wing and a side of their delicious Mac and cheese. The lady working the drive through window was fu nny, helpful and quick. Chicken was juicy...biscuits were fluffy...Cole slaw was tasty.. potatoes were thick and gravy, as always, delicious and unique. For a healthier option, we had the grilled. Good service. Good people and good food.

This place simply needs to get wait time under control it's crazy. If you don't have enough staff to run. Don't. Until you have the correct staff. My food was cold by the time I got it from waiting. And they refused to give me a discount on it after I complained it was cold and they gave my son spicy chicken when he requested just plain crispy. I do not recommend stopping there if you don't have 45 mins to wait.

It's Kentucky fried Chicken what more needs to be said. In the time of the pandemic it's very hard to get help. Peg Vega has been there for as long as I can remember and she is still serving people with a smile. Sometimes I think she's the only one there. she's rocking it like a champ. If you get off the Electric avenue exit from 322 you can't mess it stop in and say hi and enjoy some awesome KFC food.
