Yikes! Worst Popeyes I've been too. I love Popeyes but this place makes me dislike it because of how everything is with this place. Always cutting corners and are failing to give proper portions for what you pay for. They aren't even giving more they are giving less. They substitute other items for mashed potatoes. Feel bad for the staff because they seem miserable there. Not very clean and should be shut down or have new management at least. Hate to see such a franchise cripple itself because of management. What a waste of potential.

The people I have dealt with many of times in a non chaleant manner will take your order. Make sly comments about you, while you areat the ordering menu. Love Popeyes and people having fun but it has gone too far many of times

It was okay. First time having Four peice meal. Chicken had me believing it was not done due to the juiciest looks. Ate indoor and the place looks clean but was very invest with bugs.

Literally the WORST Popeye’s in the 4 states I’ve enjoyed Popeye’s. Every time!!! They are always out of everything. Tried one last time and I ordered a 2 pc chicken combo of a leg and thigh, but received 2 horribly battered Pattie’s, no bone just Pattie’s. Flat coke no ice and threw out the coke slaw because it tasted like it might send me to the bathroom. Even worse is the fact none of the people there working care!

Went in to pick up an Uber eats order... no one was at the counter.. and about a handful of employees walked passed the counter, never acknowledging me. They gave me the wrong order too, good thing I looked at the ticket before I left. Other then that, once helped staff were decent. Dining area was pretty clean too.

It took approximately 1 Hour to receive my Food due to lack of preparation (Chicken). Employee Cashier performance toward customer is very rude and unprofessional when speaking with the customers. Courtesy was way off her job description. I think training or retaining your employees properly will rate your company as a 5 Star and Have positive feed back.

The chicken nuggets are the best I've ever eaten from a fast food restaurant. The food is always served fresh. At this location, I would say the manager needs to step up their game, because the drive through lines take far too long for fast food. There is definitely room for improvement on how staff is trained since some seem oblivious of what to do. They are good workers and need positive guidance. One other suggestion, would be to order more chicken nugget sauces because they are almost never stocked; and honestly, who wants to eat those delicious nuggets dry? I rated this franchise 4 stars because of food quality and cleanliness, however, there is definitely room for improvement.

Friendly service but the food all together just wasn’t good. The meat taste old and the apple pie just wasn’t good at all! It taste like chemicals. 18$ on this and I’m just gonna end up throwing it out. Wait let’s not forget, I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and got the normal one. It also looks like they tried to improvise and put a chicken tender on my sandwich instead of a actual patty

Would rate zero stars, but the soda was okay this time, but the rest flavorless besides the taste of the oil they cooked it with as if rarely any seasoning was added and on top of it the manager or assistant manager was pretty confident that I wasn't going to get a refund or at least partial if I were to bring the food there with the receipt and also said cooperate was not going to do the same as well and i felt too disgusted to want it replaced and when I called customer services they said they were going to do a follow up on that got my name and number and was told that they wouldn't do it, so yeah last time going there and hope no one gets sick off of the food from there... these are the pictures that i decided to remove from the trash to take and share to see the appearances. the fries definitely looked different . I tried eating it but was too disgusted. 0% spicy. Upset so I vent.

My local Popeye's had a line that went a block long so my family made a road trip to this location. They forgot a chicken sandwich so we had to go thru drive thru. There was no sincere apology given & nothing done for the inconvenience or their error. My bill was $50 & it could not have been more disappointing. Not sure if owner is aware of or influencing but portions were pathetic. Looks like they are rationalizing lucky if family size was half full. After spending $50 on dried out, stale food, we had to stop somewhere else to get full. Never again will I patronize this location. Waste of $ & time.
