We went in to this location to buy microwave/oven combo, dishwasher and home theater receiver. We walked out not buying anything. Already have a BB CARD TOO! This location is terrible. Walked around home theater department and never got greeted once. Two other buying groups there as well begging to buy something. Went to appliance department, lady came over and said hello but never asked us one question about what we’re looking for etc. just told us what was the soonest we could get a combo oven. Best Buy used to be great but boy this location sucks. Bunch of employees huddled up talking to each other. No manger on the floor to talk to. Well I guess we will go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a refrigerator a couple of days ago to be delivered today which included free installation. The delivery drivers claimed we didn't sign up for the installation and refused to even dolly the fridge into our house, leaving it in the driveway. We don't even own a dolly, so now we are stuck with the fridge sitting here in the driveway with no way to move it. We called only to wait on hold for 30 minutes, then get through to someone who admitted it was a mistake, but refused to contact the delivery truck to come back and install it. We have already been without a fridge for 3 days and these people act like this is no big deal. This is the absolute WORST customer service and treatment I have ever received. I will never buy from best buy again.

Terrible delivery service Was told my appliance would be delivered between 9-1. No call or text updates. Didn’t arrive until after 2pm Worst delivery service I’ve experienced. Most communicate the night before and text with updates /numbers I can call if needed. I will not shop at Best Buy again because of the delivery.

I used to work at Best Buy, so I can definitely relate to the workers that looked like they would rather be doing absolutely anything else. I went in to buy a camera and couldn't find any help. A lot of items you can just grab and go, but you can't exactly do that with cameras since they're locked up. I'm going to have to drop by another Best Buy to get a camera.

Had here for my friend's car camera indtallation and the staff within Best Buy are friendly and explained clearly on questions I had on Washer, Dryer even though I was just exploring them in meanwhile. Would consider shopping/recommending this place for shopping, car service (tech installation)

Not much to say about it, it's your typical Best Buy, haven't had any problems here and the place is clean. My only complaint would be people constantly asking if they could help me, I'm just looking around after discovering that best buy pretty much only carries SanDisk SD cards, let me check out your store in peace, I'll ask you if I need any help.

Been there twice in the past 2 weeks. Employees were helpful and the store clean. Easy quick checkout and they helped me load my purchase into my SUV, both times.

Store was clean. Products were laid out in a logical order in a professional, presentable manner. Most employees were all eager to help me and ask if they could answer any questions. Several of the items I was looking at had defective electronic price tags and I wasn't able to determine price on some items easily with out bugging someone to look it up.

Best Buy is very consistent. This store had more features and inventory than other stores visited. Check out your local BB for all the latest electronics. I was satisfied with my trip.
