Best chicken restaurant in Scranton, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Literally the WORST Popeye’s in the 4 states I’ve enjoyed Popeye’s. Every time!!! They are always out of everything. Tried one last time and I ordered a 2 pc chicken combo of a leg and thigh, but received 2 horribly battered Pattie’s, no bone just Pattie’s. Flat coke no ice and threw out the coke slaw because it tasted like it might send me to the bathroom. Even worse is the fact none of the people there working care! ~misty

This was a great experience and it was amazing food! We went there a little bit late and they still served us hot and quality food. The chicken and rice dish was amazing and it's on my list of places to go back too. If you need good lunch make sure you stop by here ~Carlos
