I ordered other things including a spicy chicken bowl I love spicy things but it was way beyond spicy to even taste or enjoy not something I would order or recommend

Didn't get receipt ordered in drive thru told get total at window got to window with no one in front of me and asked what did I order $20 fill up cost's $26.74 two mashed potatoes and gravy only got one gravy come to think of it no receipt I can't do survey or give feedback 😤🤯😤🤯🤐

I ordered 6 plain wings with side sauce and instead I got hot wings that I couldn't eat. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and it was dry so overall I wasted my money. Threw everything out with only a bite or two.

The store is always missing some regular items. The stuff is always rude they don’t care about anything. This KFC is 7 minutes from my house but I always drive 20 to another one.

The food quality is very poor and tasted bitter. I do not know how they got fried food burnt and soggy at the same time. Save your money and go somewhere else for food. They messed up every single item in my order.

On November 15th 2021 Around 4 pm I stopped at this kfc to purchase a big family meal for my father's 66th birthday. We go through drive thru well let me add my 1 year old and 9 year old were in the car an employee was screaming and cussing at the top of her lungs while another employee a very kind young lady was trying to take our money and get us out of there she was very embarrassed. We then get to my father's to find out half our food is not there. We was supposed to get 16 pieces of chicken we got 12 no biscuits and they gave us gravy with no lid on it that was spilled all over the other food. I'm not one to complain but then I called to let them know what happened and I spoke to a manager named Barbie she tells me to leave the party bring all the food back and they would make us a new meal I'm 30 minutes from there location! Please tell me how leaving a birthday party and driving 30 min there and back is going to help so then I'm told she could not help me anymore. I'm very Disappointed with KFC and the management of this location! The only reason they received a star was because of the employee at the drive thru window.

Online says they are open till 1030pm, I'd suggest calling in your order by 10. I called for their hours @ 10, showed up @ 1015 and was told "were closed", it did get me a free meal on my next visit but burned me then. Sorry I don't have a picture of a coupon for you.

KFC Homestead drive-thru nasty make sure you check your bags before you go. No mayo top or bottom,slaw that neeed mixed.
