No pressure sale...Keith, our salesman was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been looking for a while but felt very comfortable settled at mattress firm. Fair price for a Stearns and Foster. Cant ask for more.

Went in without many expectations just to look at mattresses before we move out of state. John was working alone but managed to help us look while also dealing with some other customers. He was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We unexpectedly ended up buying a nice king size mattress at a great deal, and would recommend this place to anyone. John was also really awesome to deal with. Great experience overall.

We went in to get info on a bed for our 3yo daughter and ourselves and just browse. The salesperson, Keith, welcomed us, answered our questions with a high level of honesty and had a deep knowledge of their products. He had a genuine interest in meeting our sleep needs (and he had the perfect temperament for keeping our crazy kid happy). It is rare to find a sales associate like him. We left with new beds for the family and could not be happier.

Gwen was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about all of the various mattresses that her company had to offer. She asked questions about our sleeping habits to better identify the right mattress for each of us. In the end, we purchased two mattresses and Gwen arranged to have them delivered to us within four days. All in all, she provided a great serviced experience and we left the store with a smile on our faces and one more item checked off of our to-do-list for the day. Thank you Gwendolyn.

I'm way late on this, but my experience with Mattress Firm was nothing but great. HUGE shout out to Tanaya, she worked so hard to figure out availability of my top choices and never left me in the dark on any kind of update. Got an amazing deal on a purple mattress w/king size pillows - life changing! If I have any more mattress needs I will definitely return here, thanks everyone.

I had the best experience shopping mattresses it’s usually a hassle and stressful situation for me but the sleep expert i was assigned to Tanaya H. Made it a breeze and very easy decision for me she went completely above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and mattress that fit my needs and budget leaving out very satisfied and excited on my purchase. Delivery was two days later super simple n quick I’m in love with my bed would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bed.

I visited Mattress Firm for the first time about 2 weeks ago in the Waterfront and was greeted by a nice man named John! He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable in regards to helping me find out which mattress was best for me! John was not pushy and explained that I should really take my time picking which mattress I would like to purchase as it’s a big commitment. I told John I would return in a week or two for my purchase! I returned to Mattress Firm again yesterday in hopes that John would be there to assist me and he was! We spoke about what I was looking for and I was able to make my decision on a mattress! John is very personable, funny, and down to earth! Everyone should go and visit John in the Waterfront as my service was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
