3 stars because you can't contact the actual store by calling. You reach a call center in a different country. Lazy in my opinion.

Everyone I worked with at this location was absolutely lovely! Ashley worked with me to order my glasses and contacts, and I was extremely impressed by her thoroughness, attention to detail, kindness, and patience. The general manager of the location worked with me for my exam, and likewise, I was impressed by her thoroughness and patience. They truly put in the work here, and I highly recommend them!

Horrible horrible service please go to another one .Unprofessional people and staff .Sent me back as I was late by few minutes and had already given them heads up when made the appointment. Do not waste your day … they will send u back . Go to any other branch where people know what they are doing.

Do not go here. I had an appointment and had to wait over an hour just for them to puff air at my eyes then wait even more for a telehealth doc to do an exam. Then when I went to pick up my glasses I couldn't see right. So I did another test. Went back to pick them up and still wrong but went home to test them out for a day. Still wrong and I'm going to a different location to fix them.

Please just go somewhere else!!! I have been going to Visionworks for around 5 years. I have had minor problems here and there. More recently they have changed staff as well as procedures to have the glasses done. A pair of my sons glasses were lost and I wasn't informed. I had to call multiple times only to be told they couldn't be located. (Pre COVID). The light skinned lady with the curly hair (I always forget her name) is the only one who always helps to find a solution. Glasses finally came and I still had to send out a second pair. Luckily his eyes aren't nearly as bad as mine. Fast forward, I moved to Texas 3 months ago. I came to a Visionworks down here. I need to get an exchange because the frames were causing blisters. I have been going back and forth for 2 months trying to get the Homestead Visionworks to send my information to Texas. My eyes are so bad, I can't walk across the street without my glasses. I'm so fed up with them. Once I switch these glasses out, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! Care about your people more. We're not just dollar signs!!!

I just went to Visionworks in the Waterfront to have my broken glasses repaired. It was a wonderful experience. Shaun was so helpful and pleasant. She repaired my glasses as a true professional. She is a great asset to your company. Thanks Shaun. I can see again!!!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences dealing with my eyeballs. Two of the three optometrists I saw were condescending and didn't seem to care that with contacts, my vision was and still is blurry in my left eye. The optometrist told me my left eye will always be blurry...what? I was told it will always be blurry bc of an astigmatism, yet, there are contacts designed specifically for astigmatism. But two of the optometrists were too busy to help me or even go over alternatives. Go to the optometrist with blurry vision, leave the optometrist with blurry vision... that'll be $500. I honestly think this location is a scam. I don't know how they're still in business. I'll call tomorrow and try to figure this out but I'm not hopeful

I am currently waiting to be seen and my appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes ago. I received SEVEN confirmation/reminder tex messages for this appointment and not one notice that the doctor is behind. Now I’m being told I am scheduled with the tele-health doctor, who’s running behind. The manager was nice and offered to reschedule but I need contacts now. Had no idea they run “two systems”

I had the best experience at Visionworks at the Waterfront this past fall. I was having a very difficult time with my eyes and I had to undergo three eye surgeries. Over a matter of months, my vision kept changing. The staff particularly Stacey Edwards, were fantastic! Stacey was kind, attentive and worked closely with me at every visit to insure that I had the best glasses solutions possible. I couldn't have made it through without her and Visionworks!! Very appreciative.

I just visited Visionworks at the waterfront and had the very best service! The doctor was kind and patient as she walked me through a new diagnosis! Patti, the manager on duty, waited on me herself. She was so helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing glasses that would fit my face and my daily life. She answered all of my (several) questions honestly and with care. I couldn’t have had a better appointment! I highly recommend this store which is staffed by the best people!
