Terrible experience with this place…Purchased 2 pairs of glasses over a year ago and to this day I can’t understand for the life of me why nobody there can adjust my one pair of glasses correctly. On top of that the staff treats you like it’s your fault that nobody there’s competent enough to adjust glasses correctly and somehow your the issue not them. I’ve literally made 5 trips there now all for the same pair of glasses that they can’t seem to get right. The receptionist is a real treat too so good luck with her nasty face gestures and rude looks, like get a different job if you don’t like what you do. It’s not my fault you work there. Unprofessional and they really could care less, honestly not sure how that store is still operational at this point. I will say the doctor was nice and I had no issue at all with her, just everyone else. Ridiculous that now I have to drive completely out of the way to another one that’s 30 - 40 mins away when the Pottstown location is 3 mins from my house….so frustrating.

Best location I’ve been to in the last 8+ years! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was phenomenal! She recommended a contact lens that suits my needs with recently having dryer eyes. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience at this location.

All the staff and doctors are super friendly. I was able to get my son 2 pairs of glasses for $65. He had a screw fall out 2x and they fix it right away no charge. With the protection plan I was able to get a replacement pair ordered when he broke one of the pairs (beyond what they could fix in store).

One time i was in looking at frames the staff was talking among themselves loudly and said "i know they've been holding for 45 minutes but they will just have to keep holding! I don't have time to answer the phone!" I was appalled. I witnessed the staff being rude to me and others repeatedly.
