This place is absolutely horrible. Every time I need something I have to call and am on hold until I hang up and have to continuously call or I end up driving to the store after work just to speak to someone. I am currently on hold trying to get a prescription from the doctor before she leaves for the day and she is only there 2 days a week. This has been by far the worst customer experience ever. I was told they are understaffed and that’s why no one ever answers the phone but every time I go in there, there are 4 people there and only one person actually working. I am to the point that I just need my prescription so I can go anywhere else!

Too many things have gone wrong. I'll sum this up just by saying, go anywhere else. Save yourself the punishment. This place has no idea what they are doing. It's a joke

This is the 2nd year in a row where I picked up my glasses and after wearing them for a few days, have the worst headaches and blurrier vision. Last year they messed up and corrected it. But once again, they messed up. These are my eyes and glasses are supposed to help me see better not worse!!

I am so disappointed in this business. I made an appointment on my day off, and made plans to have a babysitter as I’m a mom of 3. One hour before my appointment I received a call saying they gave my appointment away because they couldn’t find my insurance through Davis Vision. I explained I never said I had Davis, so that would be why. She said there was nothing they could do and my appointment was given away. I have never experienced such unprofessional office practices in my life. I will be scheduling elsewhere.

I always have a good experience at the Visionworks in Cranberry (it's the only location I've been to in the area). Last week I saw Dr. Currie, who is personable, thorough and knowledgeable about potential issues. I did not have to wait long after arriving. The out front staff are friendly and want to help, but don't bug you. I highly recommend this!

Shout out to associate (Dave I think) who helped me with adjustments on my new glasses that were giving me headaches. He was a licensed optometrist from New York. He was very thorough and checked my prescription, fit and adjusted my frames. He’s very professional.

Going to the optometrist has been a yearly venture for the last 32 years. My experience with Kelsey Jancaro, OD was the most enjoyable experience I've had thus far at the eye doctor. She has a positive and friendly disposition and I felt comfortable immediately. I appreciated her easy nature and never felt pressured to get anything other than exactly what I needed. She is the best! I can't recommend her enough!

Awesome experience as ALWAYS here! Been a customer for 6 years now since moving into Cranberry with my family. I walked into the store at 6:45 pm this past week. Was greeted by Michelle (new associate) warmly and also by Heidi the GM. I had a unique situation where I needed to order and pay for my new sunglasses and safety glasses BEFORE my FSA for my old company ran out. “Use it or loose it.” They very politely let me know that they would be closing in 15-20 minutes, but I was welcome to try on frames and look around. I found what frames I wanted immediately, and Heidi told me to sit and she would measure me and put the order through since I was able to make quick decisions. At 7:05 pm I walked out having , picked, been fitted, presented with all lenses options ( which Heidi help me make some very smart choices for my glasses usages), and then made my decisions and paid! Received 50% off ( maybe by promotion) but more over I was told they would be ready in 7-10 days. So…. Awesome customer service. Great selection. Wonderful staff. That is why I will continue to be a customer here. They are busy for a reason! I would be remised if I didn’t mention Chip ( not there this past visit) who always goes the extra mile for the perfect fit on the stems, nose pieces, and or a good ole fashion recommendation, that is friendly but most off honest! Keep it up at the Cranberry location! Can Not say enough good about this group. Thanks!!

My son was in a car accident and when the air bags deployed his glasses broke. I brought them into Visionworks Cranberry, not only did they give him new frames but there was no charge. Same day service. Excellent customer service

My husband came in today. He saw 3 people working on customers. It took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge him. Once he was told someone would be right with him he realized that masks were preferred and ran to the car to retrieve one. When he came back inside there was a 2nd customer waiting. They waited 10 more minutes and then the 2nd customer was taken before him. Your customer service stinks and we will not waste another dollar in your store.
