Best optometrist in Cranberry, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This place is absolutely horrible. Every time I need something I have to call and am on hold until I hang up and have to continuously call or I end up driving to the store after work just to speak to someone. I am currently on hold trying to get a prescription from the doctor before she leaves for the day and she is only there 2 days a week. This has been by far the worst customer experience ever. I was told they are understaffed and that’s why no one ever answers the phone but every time I go in there, there are 4 people there and only one person actually working. I am to the point that I just need my prescription so I can go anywhere else! ~Celia
