The guys from Haynes Furniture that came to deliver and set up were quick and efficient. They put the dining room table together in no time at all. I ordered furniture about 1 year ago. I have called the Dump (because they don't have any system built in to update you) many times over the past year asking for updates. Without fail I was told that my missing furniture would arrive in the next 1-2 months. I think I've figured out their strategy here. They tell you it will be there on the fifteenth (give or take) of the next month or two and pray that you don't simply just cancel your order. They've been essentially holding an interest free loan from me for the past year, and still nobody can tell me whether or not I will actually get what I ordered. In most calls, they blame the manufacturer/pandemic. My main problem is that I ordered an entire bedroom set, specifically because I wanted it to match. I've had the bed for quite some time, but not the other pieces. On the missing pieces, nobody can tell me if the furniture has even been built yet. If it wasn't for hoping to still have a matching bedroom set one day (something I saved for), I would just cancel at this point. Over the many calls, nobody has offered a solution to the problem. It's excuse city over there. This is another business that won't take responsibility for poor customer service and blames the pandemic for its failure to deliver. I'm getting a little tired of hearing that as a customer. I get that the pandemic screwed things up, but if there is no way to guarantee someone that they will receive something they ordered, don't sell that thing. I probably would be totally fine to keep waiting if anyone could even give me some insight as to what's going on, but I've reached the tipping point here. I'm not usually the type to gripe on Google, but I can't seem to get anyone's attention over there. Maybe this will help.

Self-close slider rail broke and now we can’t put a drawer back into the platform bed. Called for assistance getting the part. My husband can fix it if we can get the part, completely willing to purchase it. But no, we don’t have a warranty so they won’t help us at all, even if we offer to pay for it. “If you can find someone that does furniture restoration or a vendor to provide you the part, that would be perfect for you.” Thanks, very helpful. So now I’m about to have an infant in the house and a big whole in my bed. Find somewhere else that actually makes an effort with their customer service.

Met Bradley. Very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable employee. Took time to explain to us the nuances of the furniture that we had bought. Provided us useful insights into the various types of wood used in these furnitures (solid vs Veneer), types of mattresses (coil, foam, latex). Very articulate, very knowledgeable. Overall, a very satisfying experience, could not have asked for more. Wish the best for him and his colleagues at The Dump.

My husband and I had a great experience with our salesman Michael. He was always finding out what was needed for our sale, he was very patient with us. We love the furniture that was delivered to us today. They were right on time and very friendly and attractive to detail. The delivery person double checked the legs on the sofa and loveseat, he made sure we were satisfied with the service and quality before leaving the thanking us.

The Dump is literally a DUMP. Purchased a bedroom set and table in January. Finally got my bedroom set on 6/2, I picked it up myself since delivery was $400 on a 2000 bedroom set. Opened it up and noticed it looked like it had been beat up, this is not something I realized in the store. Very cheaply made!!! I called to speak to a manager and they told me a manager would call me back the next day. I never received a call. I gave them a week and then came into the store. Apparently the furniture is just very cheaply made. The manager Frankie literally told me “We are just trying to get whatever we can right now”. He agreed he needs to train the sales people to point out these marks while selling. They do not allow returns at all. So now I’m stuck with disappointing bedroom furniture. Canceled my table, I don’t want anymore cheap furniture!!!! Horrible customer service. As soon as they sell furniture to you, they refuse to do anything.

I found The Dump via internet search and was impressed with their inventory. I was blown away when I walked through the door in person. Not only is the showroom massive and the selection impressive, but the sales staff is knowledgeable, listens to your input, and finds items that fit your needs in every way. No sales pressure, just an overall pleasant experience. I am grateful to have my forever recliner to spend my retirement years enjoying. High quality and well built. Simply beautiful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would rate them higher than 5 Stars if possible.

With the help of some very friendly and knowledgeable people we found and ordered a great rug. First, it took more time than anticipated to get a ship date. Second, we were told it had shipped to a distribution center in Atlanta. Third, they couldn’t locate it in the DC. Fourth, they told us it had disappeared from the DC and another would be shipped directly from the manufacturer and that we would have conformation within 24 hours. Fifth, we’re now in the fourth business day and radio silence - except for endless music on hold. Not great. UPDATE - Out of the blue and unannounced, our rug showed up yesterday. So, all's well that ends well - though the angst was significant. The rug is great. The price was good. Customer service, other that incredible amount of time on hold, was good. So, they have been bumped from one to three stars, which I think is fair.

Chuck was one of the best sellers we’ve ever worked with. He listened to our needs and opinions so we could find a couch for our living room. He was patient and showed us several options so we could find the best choice. We selected a black leather couch with two recliners and a middle seat, and cannot wait to enjoy it soon while watching our favorite movies with our son. Chances are we will love this couch so much we will return to visit Chuck and either buy the matching loveseat or single reclining chair. Got our dinning table here we absolutely love it especially the kiddos! The new table has become the new kick it spot 😂 The staff at The Dump was very friendly she was so helpful in finding the perfect table and delivered 2 days before Thanksgiving! Very good quality and great price would definitely recommend and will be back for our other rooms soon! Thank you Petra so much for the help!
