This location is just so close to my house, I can't not go there first when I need something, but 3 out of 5 times there is some kind of problem, so here is a selection staff are not very knowledgeable on where things are, so I always use the Lowes app to locate the aisle/bay, but once in a while the item is not even where the store app says it should be my last online/pickup order was marked ready for pickup. When I got there the customer service desk said it was down at the pro desk. I waited for someone who went to check and he never came back. So I went to look myself and found some of my items sitting on a flat cart, but not the concrete blocks I had ordered. So I asked the nearest associate for help and he said this wasn't his department. So I took the cart and loaded the blocks myself. I went to look for plumbing parts and the fittings section was in total disarray - plus the selection isn't very good. An associate tried very hard to find what the app said was there, but he couldn't I wanted to buy a pre-assembled shed that was heavily discounted, but the staff said there was no way for Lowes to deliver it and it would be my responsibility If you live close by then they are convenient but be prepared for frustration and disappointment. I'm not a Lowe's guy to begin with, so when I went to pick up my order and had to share an unfriendly interaction with the team member at Customer Service I have become even less of a fan. IMHO, Lowe's is great for weekend DIY folks who can pay $$ more for a pretty store that caters to that demographic. That's their choice 👍. I get down and dirty so I just prefer no frills, and everything I need at a better price.

I really like Lowe’s. We have been spending a lot of time there since we moved because our house needs a lot of repairs. We were able to order a whole house filtration system, windows, doors, and buy the supplies for our do it yourself projects. I love that I can bring my dogs shopping. It’s clean and the employees are friendly.

Needed plumbing parts to add an eye wash station to an office I'm remodeling. After searching for the parts TJ an associate for Lowes came by. I told him what I was doing. He found the parts in 30 seconds and we were on our way to get it done. Really awesome to have someone that knows their department and get me taken care of and back to work. Can't say that about HD they just said look in bay 3. No knowledge or even willingness to help. Just wanted to keep stocking shelves. Thank you TJ I'll be coming to Lowes when I need materials for work.

Brian. He's the associate in the flooring department. How refreshing, Brian approached myself and my wife asking if we needed help. He demonstrated a wealth of product knowledge which enabled us to make a purchase based on our needs, it was a happy experience. As a comparison, if you work for Home Depot and your reading this ....... This is exactly why we don't go there. 👍👍

There is plenty of parking at this location and it was easy to find. Also, the store itself is well-stocked- I was able to find everything I needed, and I like how the employees were helpful. The employees were easy to find as they were walking around the store and all of them were kind and friendly. They were patient and assisted me in getting what I needed. The exchange counter employees were great too.

Purchased a new Samsung washer. Set up for delivery. The clerk asked if I wanted to purchase new hoses. I said no. Nothing more was said. When it was delivered today, the delivery guy said that they couldn't install it because I didn't buy new hoses. This was lousy customer service by either the clerk or the delivery guy, depending on whether the delivery guy was telling the truth or just trying to shorten his day. First time I've ever been disappointed with Lowes.

I went to go buy plants at the Lowe’s in Arizona on rural and baseline and I was chased out of the garden section by HUGE RATS!!! Not kidding, the area is infested with them. It’s a liability had I fallen as I ran out or gotten attacked by one. My husband informed an employee who stated that they were aware of the issue and that it had been brought to managements attention but there had been no action taken on the issue. They simply said come in the morning when they are less active. I will not be returning unless this issue gets resolved. Last thing I need is to take something off of the shelf and get attacked by a rat. I really hope this reaches someone and action is taken.

there was an awesome sale going on, and bought a new toilet.And it so happens that they had a sale going on at the time. The sales people were very helpful, making sure that I got everything needed. Great place!!

For a retailer in 2022 they have loss my business due to having a poor returns procedure. Not often do I return the items I buy but recently the last 3 times I've had to return or exchange an item. It takes an act of congress to do so. I feel like the team is coached to make it as difficult as possible for an individual to return an item. I know high comps are favored but when a product fails prematurely or an individual just purchases the wrong item please help the customer. I get that theft is a real thing but don't make your customer feel like they have stolen a product and are now trying to return it. Help them find the info needed by not being lazy and look. Or!! As a company invest in better technology to make purchase history more manageable. I will now take my business elsewhere for these reasons.
