Best outdoor furniture store in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I placed a large order for various pieces of furniture in Jan 2022. At the time of sale, I was told lead times were at most 7 weeks. Fast forward to April 2022: I hadn't heard anything so I called in. They told me that most of my order has not arrived to the warehouse and my last piece isn't anticipated until June 2022. I would have never ordered from Ashley if I knew lead times were going to be ~5 months. My recommendation: Don't buy from Ashley unless you are prepared to wait a half a year for your delivery. ~Cory

I'm not a Lowe's guy to begin with, so when I went to pick up my order and had to share an unfriendly interaction with the team member at Customer Service I have become even less of a fan. IMHO, Lowe's is great for weekend DIY folks who can pay $$ more for a pretty store that caters to that demographic. That's their choice 👍. I get down and dirty so I just prefer no frills, and everything I need at a better price. ~Karl
