Very bad experience with Tempe Ashley. I brought $6500 power recliner white sofa set. I am so excited. When I received the product, totally disappointed. The color is totally different from what I saw in the store. I called sales person , he said because of the showroom lights it is different. This is kind of a mis representation of the product.I canceled my order and They charged me $200 for delivery fee. Before you buy from Tempe showroom think twice before you commit. The sales manger is very good when you buy a product. They treat you differently when you return it. They are not even ready to talk 😡

I purchase a sectional at this place. The sale associate was great . Their delivery communication was not so great. After finally getting the item delivered. They put the sectional together and realized it was missing parts . I was told it would be ordered and installed a later date . It has been 2 months and still have not received anything. So make sure they bring all your parts.

I had Charles help me get some furniture and he was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and did not recommend the more expensive items. He showed me pieces that he felt fit my style and what I was going for. I appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness in helping getting my new home furnished. Will reach back out when I need additional pieces.

I walked in to the Tempe store knowing exactly what I wanted to see. Charles greeted me, brought me back to the sofa, and was very pleasant to work with. I had a few questions, he showed me a few alternatives, and I settled on the piece I wanted. The store matched the online price (saving me ~$400) and I checked out in under 10 minutes. Delivery was scheduled for 72 hours later (still pending at the time of this review).

I placed a large order for various pieces of furniture in Jan 2022. At the time of sale, I was told lead times were at most 7 weeks. Fast forward to April 2022: I hadn't heard anything so I called in. They told me that most of my order has not arrived to the warehouse and my last piece isn't anticipated until June 2022. I would have never ordered from Ashley if I knew lead times were going to be ~5 months. My recommendation: Don't buy from Ashley unless you are prepared to wait a half a year for your delivery.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the product line and was able to match a previous piece of furniture we purchased. Price paid was very good. We are very happy with our purchase and are returning this weekend to possibly buy more.

Only getting five stars because of Charles Richardson and of his awesome service skills, to bad he has nothing to do with the horribly long wait to get stuff or we would already have our furniture I’m sure. We were supposed to get a partial delivery yesterday the 14th of March, nobody called to confirm or cancel. Apparently it was canceled and when my wife tried calling, she was number 95 on the hold list. I guess a lot of people aren’t getting what they ordered. If they would only communicate better with the customer. Maybe they could get some communication training from Charles!

I had the worst experience getting any of my order! The employees were great don’t get me wrong but shipment & delivery?! We received only a head board and mattress 2 months after we were told it was going to get delivered. We were given a variety of dates for the rest of the furniture to come in and never did! We got a call one morning that was never discussed it sent a text for delivery that the movers were there. Gave them a call back and guess what, THEY NEVER EVEN HAS IT ON THE LOAD! LIED! I understand when it comes to the inventory is not in, but stop giving people false hope that it’s going to be delivered on a certain date just to call us after we already worked plans around it to tell us it’s not. We took off the dresser as well because the time frame after we made the order changed to February! I never make posts about a bad experience because I understand but this one took me out! Overall if your not doing same day delivery the day you bought it . Good luck!

Great customer service. We ended up getting all our furniture here, when we had been shopping around the valley for three weeks. Review after delivery: Their customer service is still great, but when it comes to delivery they can't handle it right. After waiting for 6 weeks for our delivery, one of our bed frame didn't come complete, it was missing the legs for the slat. Plus the sofa was missing from our living room set that we also purchased. So we were told the sofa will be delivered two days after the first delivery. We even received an email a day before, just to remind us to be at home between 2 - 5 pm for the delivery, for what we did, and guess what? It was almost 5 pm and no one had arrived, so I decided to call. Just to find out they had moved my delivery for a different date without notifying us!🤬 Also during the first delivery after they left I went outside my house, just to find out that the drivers didn't clean all the trash from the furniture wrapping, out there I found pieces of plastic wrap, styrofoam pieces, silica gel packs on the ground. I don't know if we will ever order again from them.
