I placed a large order for various pieces of furniture in Jan 2022. At the time of sale, I was told lead times were at most 7 weeks. Fast forward to April 2022: I hadn't heard anything so I called in. They told me that most of my order has not arrived to the warehouse and my last piece isn't anticipated until June 2022. I would have never ordered from Ashley if I knew lead times were going to be ~5 months. My recommendation: Don't buy from Ashley unless you are prepared to wait a half a year for your delivery. ~Cory

Chuck was one of the best sellers we’ve ever worked with. He listened to our needs and opinions so we could find a couch for our living room. He was patient and showed us several options so we could find the best choice. We selected a black leather couch with two recliners and a middle seat, and cannot wait to enjoy it soon while watching our favorite movies with our son. Chances are we will love this couch so much we will return to visit Chuck and either buy the matching loveseat or single reclining chair.
