I was only there because a friend wanted to buy plants there. She didn't find much in the type she was looking for (grow well in shade). I don't normally shop at Home Depot because I don't like the company's choices of what they support. Plus I get sick of all the orange, lol. I prefer to support Lowe's instead.

DO NOT BUY CABINETS from Home Depot. Especially this location. My cabinets were supposed to arrive Aug 26th, I waited all day and no one showed up. I called in the next day and they said they were delayed, although no one decided to notify me. Then, they said they would arrive Sept 10. They arrive and are the complete wrong color. I went in to fix it and they said I would need to wait another 3 months for them to reorder it. I couldn’t delay my project 3 months so I told them I would just keep the ones they sent. They offered a $500 compensation for their mess up, and then later told me they were only going to give me a lousy $400 credit instead. On top of that, the cabinets are poor material, check out the scratches and dents in the pics attached.

Shout out to James who helped me with ceiling fans. He was so kind, knowledgable and almost felt like "Dad" in a sense because I had no idea what I was doing- just going off looks (almost bought fans that would not work in the space I have). I wish every store had an employee likes James in each department. Thanks Home Depot Chandler, and thanks James!!

Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff, which counts for a lot. Always cheaper options than Lowes product lines. Could be 5 star if they didn't have a problem keeping inventory in stock

Had to wander around looking for a sales associate and still ended up with the wrong hose for my kitchen faucet and there isn't one they carry that would work. I get to go back and try to get a refund. Amazon had it delivered to me next day cheaper and the correct one for my Moen faucet.

This was my go to hardware store but today my experience was awful. I wanted to purchase the Ryobi 18v pole saw and hand held saw combo but there wasn't an employee insight to help me unlock it!! I saw 3 cleaning personnel with their carts. The guy called for someone to assist me in aisle 3. I waited 15 minutes without a single employee to unlock the Ryobi box!! Left the store feeling ignored and not worthy!!

I went to this store for a villager Kohler bathtub. The gentlemen in plumbing helped me find one at store #456. I went to pickup the right handed tub and opened a new Home Depot Credit card and got $100.00 off. Yesterday the plumber came to install and they had given me a left hand drain tub. I had to run Yesterday to your store and pick up a steel tub. I returned the incorrect tub today. Evylyn in returns couldn't have been more helpful. The manager whose name begins with a 'V' refused to help me get the $100.00 off on the tub I needed yesterday. Poor, customer service. Brian Nicla

I had the best customer service with Joseph in the flooring department we were working on some blind design for 3 days and we got it done I am so happy with my new blinds if you ever need anything custom or carpet Joseph is your man.He took his time and everything.I will be coming back to this Home Depot.

Out of all the Home Depot that I have ever been, probably the cleanest and no clutter on the aisles. Masks available at the entrance, in case you forgot yours... A special shout out to the Garden Center folks, super nice and helpful!
