Asst Manager Margie is extremely demeaning & rude to employees in front of customers. On several occasions we have witnessed her treating the employees in a very condescending & unprofessional manner. We have contacted corporate via email to hopefully have her up trained & re-educated on how to properly interact with employees ESPECIALLY in front of customers. Huge thank you to cashier Derek, who is always awesome despite the unprofessional way I witnessed Asst Manager Margie treat him today.

Good store but their digital coupons suck. They don't work - well, they worked a while back when I first tried - then never after. I wasted my time loading them at home on web browser only to come in and have to return the items. I did check my account to make sure my VIP card number is registered with my login account as suggested.

Had to go here today just out of convenience and was reminded again why I drive down the street to go to Albertsons. This place is terrible. The people are so RUDE. Check out lady was so rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience to her. Ordered a tea at Starbucks and the old lady was slow and treated everyone like they were below her. She needs to be moved to another department. Super over priced food...go down the street to Sprouts for better quality and cheaper produce. The place also smells like rotten fish when you walk in... I honestly can say I never thought I would hate a grocery store, and laughed at people when we first moved here when they said to avoid Frys off Alma School at all costs and I was reminded today of why this is...it's aweful.

We order online pickup all the time since this is the closest grocery store to us. Over time we’ve become more and more frustrated with frys. We’ve had a lot of substitution problems, missing items, etc. managers were quick to offer replacements that we’d have to go in and get. Which is annoying since we do pickup because it’s quick and easy. Today I get home from picking up and this is the bag. My bananas, tomatoes and avocado are crushed. I call to complain and the manager was quick to tell me I could come by and ask for replacements or let the pickup know I need replacements next time I order. I asked if he’d like a photo of the bag, he said no, that he believed me. I asked if anything would be done to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else and he said he’d go and talk to the team about proper bagging procedure but that they were probably really busy and just threw everything into a bag. I asked if he needed my info to get the replacements and he said he could take a name. That he’d pass along the name to the team. He just seemed so over the conversation and was trying to get me off the phone. This is just so frustrating since we don’t want to have to drive farther to get groceries. I keep hoping they’ll get better. Just buyer beware when doing pick up orders.

This store always has nice items and is clean and organized. I wish the younger employees were more friendly. They just walk by with no hello, no good morning. The kids that do the online shopping just leave the carts in the middle of the isle and in the way.
