Store is organize and clean but this morning cashier name Patricia she just looks like she hates her job no smile and wasnot friendly at all.when she scan my items seems like she was just throwing them.

I have just visited this Dollar Tree today and it was a terrible experience. Not only was this location a mess (worse than usual), but the associate who was at the register, Cynthia, clearly hates her job and dealing with customers. I greeted her with a cheerful hello and she said nothing. Then she proceeded to THROW the items in the bag. I bought things I did not want thrown around and certainly not all squeezed in ONE bag. I understand they are understaffed, but there is no excuse for being plain nasty.

I went to grab a few things for my new salon suite spending about $30 in this run I grabbed a few picture frames and realized before I got home they they were broken I turned around less than 5 mins of leaving the store to return them because they were already broken and wouldn’t be sturdy enough for what I needed Frank the cashier obviously remembered me and I explained that I’d go else where to purchase frames he says “so you want to do a cash refund” I replied yes he then ask for a lady to come help not sure if she’s just having a bad day or what but she say NO WE DONT DO CASH REFUNDS I calmly explained I just spent money in here less than 5 mins ago and that wasn’t explained it was nothing else I needed from the store because I got it all! She began to yell at me I asked for corporate or the store manager and she said she was the store manager and to get out I refused and asked to speak with the district manager because of how they were treating a paying customer she called the sheriff in that was out side and he even said “ma’am you’re the aggressive one just give her the number” by this time I had a manager at a different dollar on the line that heard her and was able to help me… The yelling employee name was Tabitha she was even making frank the cashier uncomfortable not once did I raise my voice At her she needs a customer service coaching ASAP!

I go here just because it's close but it's very lifeless, dull, depressing , dark. No, music at all just everyone in a daze like most places . I'm looking for a place to apply for a job so far most places are like this . I will can not be at a depressing place to work . :(

This site has a lot more stuff than the other ones I've been to in the area, especially for organizing and plastic boxes. However it was very disorganized and dirty. I felt like everything was all over the place. I'm still giving it 4 because I could finally find some of the things I've been looking for.

This Location Has a Very Nice Variety Of Snacks, Drinks, Pet Supplies & Food, Toiletries, Shampoos, Conditioners ect. Arts and Crafts For Kids, Coloring Books, Notebooks Pens, Pencils, Crayons and the List Goes on, Everything an average Dollar Store Has but i Feel Its Slightly Larger Also Cold Items Microwavable Lunches and Dinners and Snacks. I Will Say Often Times It Can Be Pretty Messy and Out of Order but thays truthfully due to customers being Lazy and only thinking of themselves. If you take the time to Rumage through the area your looking chances are its there.

I went in the other day with my grandma, it was the best Dollar Tree experience we’ve had! We just had to get some stuff for a BBQ, but what made it so great was the SERVICE! We have never been serviced so professionally. I believe the cashier’s name was Armann! My grandma said she wished all service was as good as his. It’s not very often you get someone who actually seems to care about their job/customers. We will be back! 👍
